The stay was good, the room was clean and not much noise. When checking out you promised to send me my receipt by email but that didn't happen and my follow up emails to you go unanswered.

Hotel and rooms were good 4 star standard. Bar area is nice in particular. However let down by a very average to poor breakfast. A story of quantity of choice being very good, but the hot breakfast was very dry and tasteless. Food had been sat far too long on the hot plates and under the hot lights. Needs managing better in terms of turnaround of fresh food.

The receptions were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast has large variety and well prepped. The ambient was nice. Near a tube station and a mall, plenty of buses and restaurants nearby. The rooms are standard of the brand, but are a bit warned, can notice the wear and tears. Housekeeping were hit or miss, some are nice, others are a bit... not so nice.

For context, I stayed in Premium Executive room on the 9th floor. - Bed was very uncomfortable with clearly a big dip in the mattress. Pillows were uncomfortable as well. Had 4 restless nights of sleep. - There was hardly any water pressure in the bathroom shower (overhead and handheld). Why provide hand shower if it cannot be used. - Came back to my room one day to find housekeeping had left my room AC on full. Room was freezing so I turn up the thermostat to run the heat. Even after 10 minutes, it didn't do anything and was still running cold air. I had to shutoff the HVAC completely and layered up to stay warm.
