very unpleasant experience and finantiaol loss with no cooperation

this was horrible, the hotel had a computer system problem, they cancelled my reservation AFTER I checked in, multiple times my room was blocked, even after I payed them full amount and the best- now I am charged by booking for a no show. Nobody is responding ....Worst hotel I have ever been to.

Comfortable rooms and convenient location. However, very busy especially at breakfast time.

Food poor and cold room over priced

Heating had been turned off was given a oil heater in a prem room very poor standerd , also breakfast dry and same with evening food at bar
