Hotel okay needs to be renovated, rooms extremelly small, no in room coffee, washcloths, or irons. Breakfast was good, good selection

We regret to hear that certain aspects of your stay fell short of your expectations. Nonetheless, we understand the importance of having comfortable in-room amenities, and we offer a range of room types, including Superior Rooms with additional comforts such as Nespresso machines and mineral water. Although we do not provide irons and ironing boards in the rooms, we always strive to accommodate our guests' needs and are more than willing to assist upon request. Regarding the early check-in, we apologize for any misunderstanding that occurred and will reinforce our communication training to ensure clarity in our guest interactions. We also acknowledge your comment on the need for a more intuitive English website and will take this into account as we continuously seek to improve our services. Moreover, while washcloths are not a standard provision in our rooms, we are always ready to fulfill such requests to enhance our guests' experience. We hope you were able to appreciate our strategic location with convenient transportation options to both the airport and Amsterdam's city center, as well as our commitment to sustainability through the Planet 21 program. The service as presente by reception personnel was very pleasant. However, once in the room we could not get the ambient temperature to stabilize as to have a pleasant night rest. It was constantly returning to some pre-set temp that was far too hot⁸.
