Do not recommend this place, horrible smells in the room, the carpets and walls are filthy, no basic amenities in the room (kettle cup etc) and then not allowed them once requested either, overpriced food, overpriced lodging, overall 0/10

The hotel is very big near Amsterdam airport with lots of transit guests. Rooms are very compact with hardly any space to move. There is no hot water kettle or coffee maker. Dining is on 4th floor and there is only one lift. However, we can use escalator. The dining area is generally overcrowded.

highly recommended hotel. We stayed overnight, they have free shuttle buses to and from the airport. No noise at all even though it is an airport hotel. Reception staff are excellent , rooms are great. Breakfast is lovely. Check in and check out with ease.

Horrible Full shuttle buses, with completely insuficient rides (40 minutes per ride, to attend 3 hotels???) - at the end I went by public transport (6.5 euros ride) Extremely slow checking process , even when I checked online before, 39 minutes waiting to be attended Room in the 3rd room, the whole floor and bedroom smelt like a frying pan because of the dinner on the 2nd floor I felt like I was sentenced to spend a night in there .... I will never go to ibis hotel Amsterdam airport EVER again. I tried several hotels next to Schiphol , and this is BY FAR worst experience ever.

Hotel was good, check in was poor. Waited 20 mins in one queue, when I was next in line I was told to go join another queue, where I waited another 10 mins. Check in clerk had poor attitude. No All Member complimentary water/wine gift given.
