We stayed in a 3 person room. The room was tiny but very clean, perfect for people who come to Amsterdam to visit and just have a nice clean accomodation. Also the bathroom was spacious enough and very clean as well. Could use more storage space for clothing and the safe didn't work but I didn't bother solving the issue with the staff but I'm sure they would've solved it quickly. I recommend this hotel for teen groups looking to visit Amsterdam as there is a transit hub 3 minutes walking distance away which will help you get in the city in ~ 30 minutes while enjoying the beautiful residential neighborhoods.

Probably the worst Ibis Hotel in the world … an absolute junk yard … I wonder if they pass the Dutch room hygiene standard .. service is as expected at an Ibis but the condition of the room is appalling, I have never seen a worse branded hotel in my life... It is truly a junkyard

The location of the hotel is perfect for a night before an early flight. It was very convenient to leave the car there (for a fee) and fly the next day and pick the car back up when arriving back. The shuttles run frequently and are free. The staff was not the friendliest I have encountered in hotels before. There was something wrong with our first room (smelt like sewage) and the staff told us to first get out all our stuff from the first room, come to the reception and get the key for the next room which was located around the corner of our old room so it felt impractical to move luggages around like that. The second room smelt much better but we found a ball of hair of previous hotel guests. It was a 3 person room but the sofa-bed was not very comfortable.

Despite my on-line checking 2 days in advance, my booking was cancelled at 17hrs. Needed rough discussion at reception to get it resotred. The first offer I heard at reception was: "you have to look for room in another hotel", finally due to personal involvement of very kind receptionist my booking became restored - took you 30 minutes, another guests wrer queueing up all this time

The location was perfect. Access to airport was easy through the shuttle bus, Uber rides can be had in minutes. My family stay could had been perfect, but a pouch with jewelry that was left behind in the room was claimed "not found" by the staff. Otherwise, I would recommend the facility.
