Sleepless first night, 28 degrees in the room, AC not working. Consequently, tired first day of business event, meeting room also with no functioning AC. The situation improved on the next days because the weather cooled down.

I really like staying here, normally everything is very good, however, on this occasion they put me into a room where the air conditioning was NOT WORKING ..aargh ! making my sleeping almost impossible 😡, what concerned me the most was when I complained they were clearly aware of the situation, ( not good ) and at the same time I was complaining so were some other customers, they had put fans in our rooms, only blew the heat in the room around !...We should have been advised of the problem beforehand, it was a very dishonest way to treat customers..grrr.. everything else was very good, as per usual !
