External signage to the hotel from the road was poor so I drove passed the hotel twice. Once parked, the entrance doorway to the foyer was also poorly sign-posted and accessed via a slippery deck, and obscured by seemingly unmaintained foliage/screening fronting the road. However, once in the foyer, the staff were pleasant and friendly. The ‘accessible’ room with a walk-in shower was adequate for my personal needs, but handrails were substantially lacking and the bed was pushed in to the wall of the corner of the room so not accessible from both sides for two guests. I did not participate in breakfast (that’s normal when I’m on the move). The hotel interior was ´gloomy’ and clearly in need of a significant facelift. But the stay met my accommodation needs. Room price was average & reasonable, but the hotel was below IBIS standard. Not my best experience of an IBIS hotel.

Efficient booking & check in and friendly staff, but A/C didn't seem to work.
