Wow! What a wonderful part of our holiday. We stayed 5 nights & from the minute you check in the the amazingly helpful Wira & Erna who made everything fit into place. This place has it all! Huge beach frontage with beach huts to sit in as you start to unwind & feel that connection to Bali again - it’s land & people. Beach in front with beautiful sunsets and lovely walks to local areas. Great restaurant and fab room service at very reasonable prices. I had a huge salad sandwich with avocado & fries for $8Au. Fresh and tasty like all the food experiences we had during our stay. Buffet breakfast was very good but the personalized service from everyone topped it all! They knew our names and what sort of juice and tea I drank. The smiles were contagious especially the boys at the beach bar for happy hour. Wira at reception was extremely helpful when we enquired about upgrading to a beach villa offering us an excellent price. We will definitely book direct next time. Rooms were huge and very modern , ours was ground floor with a veranda. I’m very fussy when it comes to my level of cleanliness and the room ticked all the boxes. Great shower pressure and ample hot water too!! Keep on doing the absolute best Novotel as it’s what is going to bring us back next year. Do yourself a favour and book Novotel kuta Lombok! Beautiful Balinese feel and incredible service.

The hotel is old but bathrooms have been recently done are are nice. The bed are very comfy. We had two rooms our AC did not work for all 5 nights. The maintenance came out around 20 times. We kept asking for another room but was not offered until our last night so not great. I am disabled they had knowledge of this before but still but us on the 3rd floor! Why would they do this? Breakfast was not great we all noticed when waiting for some eggs we all queued but local people did not and got served straight away. Staff smiled but it came across disingenuous but perhaps that was us. The hotel is a short drive to the town with the hotel making you use taxi of their choice with a set rate quite high. Meals and drink are very expensive for the evening but lunch snack are pretty good. They were kind enough to offer us a free evening meal for the AC not working and it was honestly very good. The beach is quite dirty the main pool is lovely
