Great service from people and a beautiful lobby but the room and the floor we stayed in smelled like mildew and the room was tired.

Third time I stay here over the last few years. It’s time the rooms get refurbished.

We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your recent visit, particularly regarding the condition of the rooms and the unpleasant odor in the elevator and corridor. Rest assured, your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to address these matters promptly. We are also currently evaluating potential refurbishments, and your input is invaluable in this process. Regarding your suggestion to provide refreshments upon arrival, we offer a refreshing drink to our guests and there is a fountain available at our reception however we try and reach as many of our clients as possible to offer this, sometimes we miss our guests!! Loved it, brilliant location, kids welcome pack very appreciated. Staff extremely nice. Shame we could not try the restaurant as it required a credit card reservation and would have been charged if not cancelled within 24 hours
