The hotel staff was very accommodating. However, there was a lack of hangers for the wardrobe and no supply of towels or water unless requested. Also, we were three people in a room, and although the sofa bed was decently provided, there were basically only two coffee cups. It was also inconvenient that the electrical outlets were only under the desk, not on top of it.

We were greated so warmly. The room was fabulous and not one detail was overlooked. My husband was so very happy (the drink coasters are such a plus, I tried to buy them online!) The location could not have been better. Our stay was fabulous.

While the staff was really nice and helpful, the hotel smelled terrible. Every day, the hallway and elevator would reek of death in the mid afternoon. The rooms were dated - which we expected and were fine with - but they were also dirty and the art was horrendous. Our door was broken and there was no place to put our clothes. The location was great but it's a 3 star hotel.
