The staff are the pearls of this hotel. They are always nice, cheerful and willing to help. The hotel, though dated, is beautifully decorated and well maintained. I love the welcome gift. I appreciate the room upgrade.

Had a pleasant, uneventful stay of three nights at the Sofitel. One small issue with the furniture in the room was resolved in the evening. After returning from a run, friendly staff offered water. Kind gesture!

We booked directly with the Sofitel to benefit for the Points on my account but because I didn't pay with my credit card I couldn't get the points??? It's irrelevant who paid, it is who stayed and against who the booking is made. I have this issue all the time which means I never get my points. This isn'y how I would expect loyal customers to be treated and I may consider stop using Sofitel as this hotel was very tired and need of renovation anyway and can't see any benefits to stay now.
