The hotel is located in the old town which is perfect. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Underground public parking was convenient but the spaces extremely small and the environment wasn't great. A lot of rough sleepers sadly in the area but police were kept a good presence.

Excellent location. Basic hotel with basic amenities Modern room but small. Only thin paper cups provided for tea and coffee.

Rooms small but all thats needed for a short stay of 3 or 4 days, good water pressure, clean , the bed comfortable …nice view to the park and canal …central to Annecy gare , within short walk to restaurants and the lake and parks.

Extremely well located close to the station , a few yards to the old town. Hotel was clean, and what you’d expect from an Ibis. Staff very helpful and cheery at all times. It was over 30 degrees every day so the air conditioning was a life saver. We were there for 5 days, good selection at breakfast but would have preferred a few more hot choices, and bteakfast teabags please!! Too much faff with the leaves, though it was nice. If we return to this beautiful town will definitely stay there again.
