Small room for wheelchair user

Room and the bathroom need more space for a wheelchair user to be able to manoeuvre without banging into the wall or furniture. Wheelchair user cannot access balcony which is very disappointing. Location is awesome.

Ibis Vieux Ville is a good value choice in beautiful Annecy. My friend and I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the rooms and the splendid location Two observations. Why not put a fridge in the room (not a mini-bar), guests would appreciate the chance to chill drinks in hot weather and keep milk fresh for hot drinks. Can anything be done about the dark and unwelcoming entrance, round the back of the hotel? Easy to miss and doesn't look very safe after dark.
