Very bad experience, there's used cotton swab with blood in the room, and used toilet paper in the room, and reception reject to provide the one-time slippers (other hotels in Lausanne all provide ).

Lovely clean hotel. Disappointed with the Rock and Roll room, expected it to be more themed with murals/paintings/photographs, a guitar on the wall and a Bluetooth radio was not worth the extra we paid. The room had a lovely balcony with a view of the lake in the distance. Probably won’t stay at this hotel again
