lacking wellness

Hotel is far from the city, nothing around really. Wellness is lacking, breakfast full of people (hotel was fully booked regarding the reception) and the tables with food are very small and crowded for that many people

Checkin was good but there’s nothing open on Sunday. One person is there but not even behind the counter when checking in at 6pm.

Modern and nicely designed hotel. Nice garden with natural pool and small gym and sauna. Breakfast is expensive but offer a good choice. Service was very efficient and friendly.

Compared to other Novotels I've stayed at, this one fell slightly short in service level and amenities, with no recognition for Platinum members. While I'm unlikely to stay here again, I must admit that the cleanliness and the friendliness of most front desk staff, particularly one who went above and beyond to assist me
