Très bien. Hôtel un peu loin a pied du métro (je suis descendu à europaplein par erreur j’ai eu du mal à trouver et marcher le long de la rocade est stressant la nuit (sentiment insécurité) mais à l’hôtel tout était très bien. Peut ajouter dans confirmation de réservation. ‘Métro RAI ligne 52’?

How unfortunate it is that you got lost. We wish we had a chance to explain you beforehand that the closest metro is just 4 minutes away from the hotel following just one straight road. That's a pity that you chose a more complicated route. Amsterdam is regularly under construction creating place for more houses, and this is happening in the area of our hotel as well. The path to Europaplein metro station is indeed a bit complicated by this construction. Next time please contact us at the concierge or the reception, and we would gladly explain you how to get to the city center in the shortest and most convenient way, as we have great transport connectivity all around the hotel. We would love to welcome you once again, and provide you with not just the comfort and top service you got to enjoy but also any necessary advice for your nothing but pleasant stay in Amsterdam. Bel hôtel, personnel sympathique et hôtel bien situé juste à côté de la station RAI donc très pratique pour se rendre dans le centre d’Amsterdam en métro.

Chambre très propre et bien équipée. Un peu excentrée du centre ville mais des transports en commun sont à proximité. 100€ pour une nuit sans petit dej inclus ni internet. Nous avions réservé avec un long Queen size mais nous avons eu 2 lits simples collés et 2 couvertures.. C'est ainsi moins confortable lorsqu'on vient en couple..

La chambre était bien mais je n'avais pas de chaussons. J'ai dû marcher pied nus dans la chambre. Le restaurant est assez "approximatif" poir rester poli.

Certes l'hôtel est à côté de la gare RAI mais à 20min MINIMUM en transport en commun de l'hyper centre donc beaucoup de temps passé (perdu) dans les transports ... Notre chambre n'avait RIEN d'un hôtel 4* : La moquette sale (des ongles et autres saletés au sol) , les meubles usés (charnières arrachées aussi bien à la penderie qu'au bureau), le lit d'appoint pour mon fils MINABLE : matelas de TRES mauvaise qualité, latte déboîtée, obligés de passer 1/2 à essayer, en vain, à la ré-emboiter pour qu'il puisse dormir dans des conditions pires qu'au camping !!! Bref seul la partie restauration était à la hauteur du tarif appliqué d'où le 4/10 ... Sérieusement 189, 139 et 209€ pour ça c'est VRAIMENT ABUSE, je vais finir par écouter mes amis et faire du AIRBNB ...

L'emplacement est pratique pour aller jusqu'au Rai. Par contre les chambres donnant sur la rue sont un peu bruyantes. Les vitrages ne sont pas assez efficaces. J'ai été réveillé par des voitures accélérant sur l'avenue.

Participant au salon IBC, j'ai particulièrelment apprécié la proximité du Novotel avec le RAI et avec le réseau tram / métro. De plus, la possibilité de louer un vélo à l'hotel a grandement contribué à faciliter mes déplacements dans Amsterdam. Quant à l'hotel proprement dit : accueil parfait, chambre parfaite, restauration parfaite.

Choisi par hasard, je n'ai pas regretté mon choix tant au niveau de l'emplacement que de la qualité de l'hôtel. J'y retournerais très certainement lors d'un prochain séjour.

L’ajustement des prix le samedi soir à cause du marathon le dimanche est indécent !!! La différence de prix entre ma nuit du samedi et celle du dimanche et de l’ordre de 70% !!!

We appreciate you taking the time to let us know you enjoyed your stay for the most part, we are very glad to hear it. It is unfortunate that you found the check-in process inefficient. Our staff is doing their best to serve the arriving and departing guests as fast and convenient to them as possible, however, sometimes due to an arrival of a big group of visitors all at once they are simply not able to accommodate everyone as efficiently as they would wish to. Regarding the pricing I can assure you that this is a regular procedure of hotels to adjust the price accordingly to the timing of large events in the area, and price fluctuations can be as significant, especially for such a popular tourist destination as Amsterdam. Regarding the credit card requested at the check-in, in spite of you providing it during the online check-in, I offer our apologies for that inconvenience. It was indeed not supposed to happen this way, and must have been a human mistake. We have discussed this with the relevant department, and took appropriate measures to make sure such misunderstanding does not happen in the future. Thank you once again for your feedback. We pay very close attention to the feedback especially of our Le Club guests, and see it as a chance to further improve the level of service we provide, for which we have set out high standards. We love to read to that you enjoyed the convenient location of our hotel. Regarding your Le Club extra's we usually prepare a special folder for our Le Club guests including the welcome voucher, room key and additional information prior to the arrival, as it makes check-in smoother. We regret to read that we fell a little short in providing you the service you were expecting from us and that the welcome drink voucher had to be requested by yourself. Your honest feedback is very important to us, and we will look into the issues you named regarding the voucher and the unmanned Le Club desk to make sure it conforms to the high standards of quality we like to achieve consistently and to prevent this from happening to our valued loyalty members.
