I really enjoyed my stay at Zamzam Hotel. I had a perfect view of the Kaba from my room. The way to the Kaba was simple and quick. The food was fresh, hot and delicious! The service was quick, professional and efficient. The staff was kind and helpful. Overall 10/10 and will be coming back for future stays insha Allah. I Highly recommend! The restaurant was very nice, and the food was so good with plenty of options. We were truly surprised by the quality of the dishes, and I was so happy to find gluten-free and sugar-free bread, cake, and almond milk as well 👌 The best part was how nice the people were there, ma shaa Allah — Mr. Ragab Fahmi, Chef Ibrahim, Muaz, and Mohamad Babo. Not to forget anyone, but all of them were very, very kind 😊 Thank you so much for your kind hospitality in this amazing holy place 🙏🙏🙏 Rooms was very nice, clean and very comfortable 👌 Please try to arrive on time, as the hotel is usually fully occupied and finding a room on the spot can be difficult.”

The food was good, but the tongs were very sticky and some people were coughing on the food. Maybe add more glass partitions? Abdul Jaffa was very nice and made sure our table was always cleared. Very nice service. Can the pancake station add crepes.

Staff at the restaurant at the penthouse were incredibly nice and helpful, had dinner there on Dec 6th. Omar the waiter and also the gentleman checking guests in were outstanding. Thank you very much
