The room was dirty, ceiling, wall and rugs. broke toilet seat, stains. was very disappointed.

Our stay was everything we’d hoped it would be. Staff very helpful, our apartment was spacious and clean and a very comfy bed.

Worst part having to wait 45 to 50 minutes for room service. Rang after about 30 minutes to check and we were told the order would be delivered within 5 minutes. Still had to wait another 15 or so minutes. Kitchen staff did not apologise for the delay however the delivery person was quite apologetic

Bad service. Seems like the hotel doesn’t have enough staff. Check-in experience was very slow. House keeping was always late and slow. Room was very outdated and poorly constructed despite being recently refurbished. Towels in the room feel like 2-3 star hotels kind of quality. Overall, this hotel feels more like 3.5-4 stars, definitely not a 5 star experience
