Amazing harbor view one bedroom with tub that was fantastic and shower with great pressure. Very bright and spacious livingroom and bedroom with access to balcony overlooking the quay and harbor bridge. Full kitchen and dining table and super comfy bed and location cant be beat! 2 minute walk to the opera house, on the ferry harbor so easy to access the zoo or Manly Beach, an IGA store 3 minute walk away and plenty of dining across in the Rocks. Great staff!

When in Sydney we stay the Pullman Grand Quay in a harbour view apartment. The location is excellent as is the accommodation. Our only issue is the length of time it takes to get your meal in the restaurant. 40 minutes for breakfast is too long in our opinion. It was the same last time we stayed but there are alternatives close by. Apart from that we won’t stay anywhere else.

Breakfast service was too slow and inefficient. Had to stand around waitingn for a table to be ready. Waitress sat two smaller groups of guests who arrive later than us simply because the bigger table of 4 was not cleaned yet. This is despite the fact that I have two young kids whom were obviously hungry. Very poor judgement on the ground. The waitress should have cleaned the table and served us a family of 4 first.

We had an amazing stay at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour. Our suite overlooked Circular Quay with stunning harbour views, was spacious and modern. Coffee was divine! What truly stood out was the staff—they were amazing. Warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even more special.
