Everything and more we were expecting. The view from our apartment was 100/10. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well located. The beds were also very comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is wonderfully located and comes well-equipped. Our room had glorious views from the rooms and the balcony overlooking Circular Quay. The rooms are spacious and the bed comfortable. It is, however, let down by lack of attention to small details. On arrival, we saw both human hair and a used contact lens on the bathroom floor. Both were still there four days later when we left, though housekeeping had "cleaned" the room daily. There was no plug in the bathroom basin. The washing machine was not very efficient. It's a shame about these minor irritations, as the accommodation, overall, was so good

The location is amazing but the building is looking tired, and the little things that make a difference to not having an awesome experience stand out. No coffee mugs or cups but there is a coffee machine, kitchen doors that don’t close but jam open against the next door (hinge adjustment needed), toilet that doesn’t stop flushing, and then sticky tables in the bar downstairs that make you feel grubby if you lean on them. The pool was smashed with chlorine that takes 3 showers to get rid of. It’s the little things that make or break a stay. Especially when you are paying for a top end an accomodation. Unfortunately our first stay in this iconic place was poor.
