This is our newest favorite accor hotel. The staff are amazing! Especially Ms. Nique of the Executive Club Lounge, she is very proactive, efficient and attentive to our needs. Also, Ms. Rona and Mr. Lemar of the Food Exchange. Looking forward to our next stay.

Ms Crissell is NOT FIT to become A. manager at Food Exchange

I am extremely very dissapointed with the way Ms Crissel is handling guests at Food Exchange. Ms Crissel is the type of Hotel Employee that some guests will be discouraged to go back to the hotel and go to food exchange to eat. She is very unwelcoming, she always avoid guests interaction and WILL NEVER greet guests UNLESS INSTUCTED by Sir John. She is snobbed, unprofessional and very rude. She ALWAYS HIDE in A. cubicle at food exchange to avoid greeting guests. She is the reason why most of the time we avoided eating at food exchange aside from your previous employee Ms. Toska. It made me feel that she is angry with us because of my previous complaint against Ms Toska which is Ms Crisell’s friend. I remember that Ms Crisell was the one who was in charge last Christmas dinner in 2023 when my family also had A. bad experience with her service. Despite of her rude attitude, I just decided to just ignore her and her unprofessional behavior whenever we stay at Novotel but today Nov 10, 2024 I have my minor kids with me and my senior mom that has to take medicine round the clock. I specifically asked for food for my kids too which Ms Jen of Food Exchange was aware that I have my kids with me but MS CRISSEL DECLINED it and just delivered food for Two Persons, where I can count the fruits and the meat in my one hand. I am very dissapointed and exteremely insulted of what Ms Crissel Did, we did not eat the breakfast and I sent the food back to her. Please bring back Ms Angie and Mr Kester at Food Exchange. :-( They exceeded guests expecations by giving the best hospitality friendly, welcoming service at food exchange. Which is the OPPOSITE Ms Crisell that position went exactly to her AIRHEAD and will make us feel unwelcome and will always make us feel that it’s not the hotel’s lost if guests will not go back to your hotel. :-( She doesnt care if she dissapoint guests. I really just wanted to avoid making reviews and complaints and just want to let bad experiences left unsaid most of the time BUT there were instances that employee like Crisell will make your maximum tolerance reached its peak. We just want to relax and have A. great time at times like this with our family especially if there is special occassion just like this stay that it’s my child’s birthday. Why cant you just give your guests the break, rest and hassle free stay that they deserved? :-( If you are not commited to the service of being in the hospitality industry just leave your Job and make way for someone who is more qualified and deserved it better Crisell.

Bathroom Shower needs a bigger/wider door to prevent water from splashing outside the shower area. All in all, very good & clean. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Buffet a bit pricy tho, however I would still recommend this place for a stay.
