The Pullman London St Pancras is my favorite hotel to stay in London. The hotel's vibe and location are excellent. I have always found the customer service staff to be professional, friendly and efficient. This was my first stay after a couple of years after returning to London. I booked a deluxe room which was on the 15th floor. The room was well presented as always with great views over London. On this occasion I was disappointed with my reception upon check-in on the afternoon of Sunday, 30th November 2025. The receptionist Sintija asked the standard questions "Do you have a reservation? and asked for my name". After the initial contact Sintija did not make any effort to address me by my name. She even asked if I had stayed at the hotel before which I replied "yes". Still no effort to make me feel welcomed back.The overall check-in experience was cold and mechanical. Upon check-out it was a total reversal of customer service. Tyler addressed me by my name, apologized for the delay in printing my portfolio. He asked if he could do anything else for my departure. A pleasing experience from Tyler. Apart from check-in this was a nice stay at my favorite London Hotel.

This Accor hotel is certainly very special with its associates. Sandra the Quality and Guest Experience Manager greeted me on arrival. Very cheerful and endearing. She showed me to a Junior Suite courtesy from Accors loyalty upgrade to find a STAR in my room on top of an illuminated Christmas Tree. Being a Diamond Member I was treated to complementary breakfast over the weekend to be greeted by another STAR Alicia. Such a welcome and remembered my name on leaving. I also loved the decor and another STAR complemented by all the porters on arrival their unique outfits with lively and amusing Rupert the Bear trousers were equally STARS. For sure S Club 7 song REACH FOR THE STARS is apt and applicable. Thank you for all your hospitality.

We stayed here to be close to the train which would take us to Edinburgh. They allowed us to check in early after an overnight flight which arrived at 7 a.m. The room was comfortable and clean, we ate breakfast and dinner and the food choices were tremendous. After 3 days in Edinburgh, we returned to stay an additional two nights and felt immediately at ease, knowing that our previous stay was high quality. We would gladly return again, a good location, lots of activity around, yet a comfortable and quiet place to relax and unwind.
