Overall an excellent hotel with great staff and especially those on duty at the restaurant in the morning for breakfast. I do not understand however why you have nobody to answer email messages on a Sunday in your hotel. Hotels run all week long, including Sundays. My Eurostar was very late and arrived at after midnight so tried to contact the hotel on Sunday evening about this possibility.

We chose this hotel for its excellent location, the option to prepay for a late checkout, and because it is an ALL Accor property. The hotel is conveniently located just a 7–8 minute walk from St. Pancras and about 4–5 minutes from Euston Station, which made getting around London very easy. As a frequent visitor to London, I especially appreciated the very spacious room, the ability to open the window for fresh air, and the thoughtful amenities, including a kettle, refrigerator, safe, and a generously sized bathroom. Overall, the room itself was comfortable and well-appointed. The only drawback to an otherwise excellent stay was the shower. The water pressure was quite low (about 2.5 out of 5 stars), and the water temperature was inconsistent throughout showering—shifting between hot, cold, and lukewarm. While it was generally warm enough to avoid being uncomfortable, the combination of fluctuating temperature and low pressure made it less than ideal, particularly for washing and conditioning hair. If not for the shower issues, this would have been a near perfect stay. Unfortunately, the inconsistent water temperature and low pressure detracted from what was otherwise an excellent hotel experience.

Very good place to stay in London especially for train travels - three stations. Seven metro lines lots of buses. Comfortable spacy rooms, very good breakfast, good restaurant, nice, helpful staff

We had to extend our stay due to the Channel Tunnel problems in Dec 2025. Our only criticism of the hotel was the room had little natural light.
