FAQ: ALL Gift Card
Ordering a gift card is simple! Make your purchase online through our secure order form. We accept the following selected payment methods: Visa and Mastercard.
ALL Gift Cards can be purchased for any amount with a minimum of 20 GBP/EUR/CHF and 100PLN and a maximum of 250 GBP/EUR/CHF and 1200PLN. You can order several gift cards in one transaction.
Yes in the delivery details section you can enter your friend’s email address for them to receive the ALL Gift Card as a PDF. The system will send a confirmation email to the purchaser and another email with the PDF gift card to the gift card recipient right away. If you would prefer to send the gift card at a later stage, you can enter your own email address in the delivery details section so you can print and give to your loved one whenever you want.
Yes, you can have a personal message written on the ALL Gift Card. Please fill the dedicated box on the form when purchasing the gift card.
Most emails filter emails automatically and your ALL Gift Card can sometimes go directly into spam. Sometimes a gift card is also interpreted as a marketing email and categorized accordingly. In case you have not received the confirmation or your ALL Gift Card email, please check your spam and junk folder. If after checking your spam and junk folder you still haven't received the confirmation email, you can contact our Customer Care team by email at email@example.com
Yes, you have the right to cancel a Gift Card order within 14 days of the date of delivery of the Gift Card to the original Recipient of the Gift Card. However, this right of withdrawal is not valid if the Gift Card has been used. Download withdrawal form here.
The ALL Gift Card can be redeemed for any services that are available in the participating hotel and delivered directly by these hotels. If you are not staying at the hotel, you can also redeem the gift card for any of these services.
