The all.accor.com Affiliation Programme allows you, through our promotional tools (banners, buttons, search engines) to set up hyperlinks redirecting your visitors to our site all.accor.com so that they make a booking of 1 or more room night (s) in one or several hotels. You will then be remunerated on the basis of the net number of nights booked on the website all.accor.com and its mobile version made by your visitors as defined in our Sales conditions.

We seek to best meet the needs of our affiliates, which is why we give you the opportunity to choose the Affiliate Platform depending on the market you are targeting and the language of your site.
Thus, we selected the following 2 Affiliate Platforms based on their expertise in the relevant markets:

• TradeDoubler on European markets
• Commission Junction, North American and Asia-Pacific Markets

The payment method for our Affiliation Programme is based on performance, that is, you receive a commission as a percentage of the total amount of net bookings made on the website all.accor.com as well as its mobile version by one of your visitors.

Our cookie window for all.accor.com is 30 days after the last click.

For each net reserved night, the affiliate will receive a net commission of [CENTRAL TEAM TO INSERT TAB]

You are paid on the total amount of the booking, regardless of the number of nights booked A booking is considered net when the customer has consumed the stay and that this stay has been validated by the hotels in our system of reservations

In collaboration with our Affiliation Platforms, we have put in place the following method of booking validation:

• Reservations are visible in real time on our Platforms with "pending" status.
• Reservations are validated automatically using our reservation systems on a weekly basis. Only "Validated" Reservations are remunerated.
• Reservations not validated within 375 days will automatically change to " Refused " status.

We reserve the right to refuse the Reservations, if one of these 2 situation occures:

• Invalid reservations
• Suspicious or fraudulent reservations

Invalid reservations:

• A Visitor coming from a hypertext link set up on the site of said Affiliate but not making any Reservation within thirty (30) days following the click on said hyperlink;
• A Visitor from a hypertext link set up on the Affiliate's website, visiting another Affiliate site within thirty (30) days of clicking on said hyperlink and making a Reservation;
• A Visitor coming from a hypertext link set up on the site of the said Affiliate but not including the tracking system requested by the partner Affiliate Platform;
• A Visitor coming from a hypertext link set up on the site of the said Affiliate and making a Reservation on one of the websites of Accor other than the site all.accor.com;
• A Visitor coming from a hypertext link set up on the site of the said Affiliate but making a reservation by means other than the all.accor.com website (booking directly at the hotel, telephone call, etc.);
• A Visitor coming from a hypertext link set up on the site of the said Affiliate and making a reservation with a specific tariff, that is to say not available without a specific identifier. For example: group rates, partner rates, company rates, travel agency rates etc ...;
• A Visitor coming from a hypertext link set up on the site of the said Affiliate and making a reservation for a hotel brand not expressly listed in Article 10. For example: Thalassa Sea & Spa ... etc

Suspicious or fraudulent reservations (Visa fraud, Cashback fraud, reservation by travel agencies)

In order to guard against fraud, we have set up a regular check-up of our Reservations with our Affiliate Platforms. We reserve the right to refuse without any explanation, suspicious or fraudulent Reservations and, in case of repeated infringements, to stop the participation of the fraudulent affiliate and to eliminate all or part of the Remuneration to be collected.

Each hyperlink that you put in place from one of our 2 Affiliate Platforms is associated with a unique reference corresponding to your site. This reference is automatically returned to our Platforms when a visitor clicks on the hyperlink present on your site and makes a reservation on all.accor.com within the period of validity of our cookie (30 days).

You can monitor your performance by accessing the reports available on our Affiliate Platforms. There are many reports that allow you to plot, measure and calculate your performance.

Commissions will be paid by bank transfer at the end of each month according to the conditions specific to each of our Affiliate Platforms.

All websites wishing to offer content of quality hotels at the best prices can join the programme.
Each application is reviewed before being accepted or rejected. Internet sites that do not correspond to our General Sales Conditions will automatically be refused (travel agencies, irrelevant content, unauthorized traffic generation ...)

When you register on one of the platforms, you will receive a welcome email confirming your acceptance of the program and giving you explanatory information with your affiliate link as well as your login details. You will also find advice to relay our program as well as the best offers of the moment.
