The benefits of ALL Accor+ Voyager are valid every day, all year round, except:

-In ibis budget, ibis, and ibis Styles hotels in mainland China
- In non-participating hotels: see the list here
- On dates when the hotel is marked as unavailable (not more than 10 days per year, except for exceptional events). You can check these dates at the following link: see the list here

To benefit from your ALL Accor+ ibis or ALL Accor+ Voyager discounts, make sure to book an ALL Accor+ rate via a direct channel (all.com, ALL.com app, Accor call centers, or directly with the hotel) by providing your ALL Accor+ card number when booking and ensuring that your card is valid for the entire duration of your stays.

- Connect to your ALL Accor account to make a reservation on all.com website or app.
- Provide your ALL Accor+ card number if you prefer to use our phone reservation service;
- Provide your ALL Accor+ number if you prefer to book directly at the hotel.

Upon arrival at the hotel, present your digital card (available on the ALL Accor app) at the reception to enjoy your ALL Accor+ ibis or ALL Accor+ Voyager benefits.

Remember that Your ALL Accor+ card must be valid for the entire duration of your stays.

The Status Nights bonus will be credit 1 day after your subscription or renewal.
As a ALL Accor+ ibis subscriber, you will be offered 10 Status Nights bonus when subscribing or renewing.
As a ALL Accor+ Voyager subscriber, you will be offered 20 Status Nights bonus when subscribing or renewingnus will be credit 1 day after your subscription or renewal.
Please note that the Status Nights offered through subscription programmes and co-branded cards are capped at 30 per account/ year. This limit does not affect Status Nights earned from stays or other activities while using the subscription.

You will not lose your Reward points or your acquired status on the ALL Accor loyalty programme when subscribing to ALL Accor+ as ALL Accor+ really comes in addition to the loyalty program. You will only get more, never less.

At the moment of your subscription to ALL Accor+ , you will be required to connect to your ALL Accor account so you can continue to accumulate points with your stays. You will also be credited an annual bonus of 20 Status Nights when subscribing or renewing to help you reach the next status in the ALL Accor Loyalty programme.
