Terms and Conditions of the “Plant-Forward” offer

The General Terms and Conditions of the ALL.com website, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of the ALL Accor loyalty programme, apply to the present “Plant-Forward” offer.

 

1. Offer description

This offer allows ALL Accor members, regardless of their status, to earn 100 Reward points after ordering and enjoying a dish identified as “Plant-Forward” at a Novotel hotel restaurant.

 

2. Validity period and participating locations

  • The offer is valid from 1st April 2026 to 30th April 2026.
  • It applies in all Novotel hotels with a restaurant participating in the offer.

 

3. Eligibility conditions

  • The offer is exclusively reserved for ALL Accor members who have registered no later than 31st March 2026, inclusive.
  • Only one points credit per member will be granted during the validity period.

 

4. How to benefit from the offer

To benefit from the offer, the member must:

1. Order a “Plant-Forward” dish at a participating restaurant.

2. Access the dedicated page via the QR code provided by restaurant staff.

3. Activate the offer by signing in to their member account on this page.

The offer is limited to the first 10,000 members who activate it in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed above during the validity period.

 

5. Additional benefit in Europe

In participating European countries (see list), guests who order and enjoy a “Plant-Forward” dish will be offered a complimentary Necense drink by the hotel during their meal.

In participating French hotels, they will find a promotional code on the offer page for online purchases of Necense products.

 

6. Points crediting

Reward points will be credited no later than 15 business days after the end of the offer, i.e., by 25th May 2026.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

The offer is limited to one points credit per member during the validity period.

Accor and participating hotels cannot be held responsible for any external, unforeseeable, and irresistible event (force majeure) preventing the fulfillment of the offer. No compensation or additional points credit can be claimed under such circumstances.
