Terms and Conditions of the “Plant-Forward” offer

This offer allows ALL Accor programme members, regardless of their status, to earn 100 Reward points after ordering and enjoying a dish identified as "Plant-Forward" in a Novotel hotel restaurant.

• The offer is valid between September 1, 2026, and September 30, 2026.

• It applies to all participating Novotel hotels that have a restaurant.

• The offer is exclusively reserved for ALL Accor members. 

• Only one points credit per member will be granted during the validity period.

To benefit from the offer, the member must:

1- Order a "Plant-Forward" dish in a participating restaurant.

2- Access the dedicated page via the QR code provided by the restaurant staff.

3- Activate the offer by logging into their member account on this page.

Limited offer, valid up to 975,000 points (nine hundred seventy-five thousand points), corresponding to 9,750 participating members (ninety-seven thousand five hundred). The offer will automatically close once this threshold is reached.

Reward points will be credited within a maximum of 15 working days after the end of the offer, i.e., by October 21, 2026, at the latest.

The offer is limited to one point award per member during the validity period.

Accor and participating hotels cannot be held responsible in the event of an external, unforeseen, and unavoidable event (force majeure) preventing the execution of the offer. No compensation or additional points can be claimed under these circumstances.
