Great location, but small room

Location of the hotel is great. It is close to a metro station (Opera) and easy to get a bus taking you to the sightseeing points. There are many good restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel is modern and stylish. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. However, the room was quite small and the hand soap and shower gel were not replenished until we requested. The housekeeper (Nueng) we met always greeted us with a friendly smile, but the lady at the front desk had a rather cold manner. Actually my husband and I celebrated our birthdays in Budapest during our stay in this hotel. I felt a bit disappointed that we didn’t receive any greeting from the hotel. We literally did not feel like staying in a five star hotel with a warm hospitality. The breakfast buffet was great with a variety of choices. You could order egg dishes if you wanted. I ordered fried eggs every morning in our 5-night stay, however the eggs were burnt every time I ordered. And we always saw flies in the breakfast house. I appreciated that the serving staff at the breakfast house were friendly but it’s not acceptable that there were flies staying on the food.

Air conditioner not worked. Fully sweated inside the room. They don't have any alternative arrangements. Worst experience. Never try again.
