My room was so relaxing and comfy. It has a view of the street. I have complimentary fruits but I don’t eat citrus fruits. I also have. a complimentary welcome drink as a Gold Accor Member. I claimed it in ther restaurant. Also, my room rate is discounted as one of the perks of being an Accor Member. Ibis Styles is just beside the night market/local market where you can buy souvenirs and have a taste of their local foods as well. Hen and the other receptionists were all very helpful and accommodating to their guests as well as sthe staff in the restaurant too. They all speak good English too. I will definitely come back if time and budget would permit.

While the hotel boasts a fantastic location, the experience was unfortunately let down by the lackluster service from the staff. There was a noticeable lack of service-mindedness, which prevented a truly positive and memorable stay. As an Accor property, I had higher expectations regarding staff training and attentiveness. Eye contact from staff often felt unfriendly and even condescending. Furthermore, despite being a loyal member, there was a distinct lack of recognition or the personalized care that should accompany membership. Finally, the breakfast did not meet the expected standards for an ibis hotel.
