I stayed for one night during a transit, and the experience was smooth and efficient. The hotel’s close proximity to the airport makes it a very convenient option, especially for early morning flights. The 24-hour shuttle service is reliable and well-coordinated—simply requiring advance booking. Room service was prompt and practical for a short stay, with satisfactory food quality. The staff were consistently polite and helpful, from reception to the shuttle drivers, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience—well suited for transit travelers.

We needed an overnight stay between flights. The Ibis Saigon Airport provided a great room, good restaurant and easy transfer to and from the airport.

Due to a photoshoot that was taking place on the roof by the pool and bar we were given second class service. Totally understand that advertising is key but really should prioritise your paying customers.

Not a nice room for the money! Will never book through your reservations again!

Room was great for the money, and front counter service was exceptionally helpful either with info and late checkout arrangements. The breakfast bistro at ground level was great for breakfast etc. Only downside was food and service at The Hub poolside bar were both low quality. And steaks (top priced item on the menu) were tough and almost inedible. Staff just said “ok we’ll tell the kitchen”.
