Room was great for the money, and front counter service was exceptionally helpful either with info and late checkout arrangements. The breakfast bistro at ground level was great for breakfast etc. Only downside was food and service at The Hub poolside bar were both low quality. And steaks (top priced item on the menu) were tough and almost inedible. Staff just said “ok we’ll tell the kitchen”.

Stayed at Ibis Saigon Airport when arrived or depart from HCM airport for multiple times, always get free room upgrade, great free shuttle bus but only for international airport (if can arrange for new T3 domestic airport it should be great)
