Good experience but we were on a short time frame which limited our use of all your facilities

Conveniently located near the airport, but quite far from the city center. The rooms are smaller than expected for a 4-star hotel. Only one all-in-one bottle is provided for hand wash, conditioner, shampoo, and body wash, which is not ideal. Customer service was disappointing—the front desk staff did not smile at all and often came across as snobbish or unnecessarily annoyed during our stay.

Please accept our sincere apologies if the service at the Front Desk did not feel welcoming. At the time of your arrival, the hotel was experiencing a peak check-in period with many late-night arrivals, which may have impacted the level of attentiveness. This is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver. We understand how important a warm and friendly welcome is, especially after a long journey, and we regret that this was not your experience. Regarding the room and amenities, we appreciate your feedback. As part of the ibis brand concept, rooms are designed to be compact and functional, and the all-in-one amenities are provided for convenience. okay. enjoyed stay. needed to go to T3 but nobody at desk asked. Hotel Bus does not go to T3 so I went to T2 thinking I could walk to T3. No way1! Expensive taxi ride later! Hotel desk should have organised taxi from Ibis Hotel direct to T3. Possibly cheaper in long run. Live and learn. Thank you for having me to stay. Ross.
