me and my family have had a wonderful experience when we stay there for one week, everythings excelent! highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet beautiful beach, clean and well mentaines resort, and friendly and well behave staffs. it is all the same as we get when we stay there in year 2003, more then 20 years ago. kudos, novotel lombok!

I have booked my last 2 trips in Novotel and both have them been big disappointment. First one at KLCC and second this one. At Lombok Novotel resort, the beach very dirty and also the view is upsetting. The room service is hardly working and completely don't understand, if I pay 130 USD per night then why they do not provide sufficient water bottles for guests. The outside terrace is full of mosquitos,my kid got rashes. The staff is also not so supportive. Horrible horrible experience. I am not going to book the Novotel again ever in my life.

The beach is affected by natural conditions; however, we do regular cleaning and will improve our efforts. We are sorry for the discomfort caused by mosquitoes on the terrace, especially to your child. Our pest control measures will be reinforced to improve this. The design of the hotel is beautiful with the local Sasak tribal styled structures and lovely tropical trees and plants. We had a very nice 4 night stay at the Novotel. The standard rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped and the only negative would be lack of outdoor space to dry wet beach clothes in the 1st floor rooms. Staff are lovely and the location is quiet. It would be recommended to have your own transport as the hotel is a few minutes drive from both Kuta Village and the beautiful Tanjung Aan beach and gives you much more choice in restaurants. The hotel beach is ok with lots of beach loungers but the sand (tiny round shale) structure makes it a little difficult to enter the water. We always try to clean and plastic waste that washes ashore o to the beaches we visit and here was no different. Tanjung Aan beach is much much better. If you would like a quiet relaxing break then the Novotel will be a perfect choice.

The room was great. Cleaned daily. Breakfast was hit & miss due to a language barrier. I realize the pool situation cannot be fixed but it’s not an inviting pool area. All seating is out in the sun. No shade. And many steps for older people. The staff in reception are great.

Rooms, breakfast, staff and everything about Novotel is fantastic and all set in amazing tropical grounds with beautifully designed buildings. Also edge of town location for quiet stay. Having stayed in Kuta for the past 12 years Novotel is now our chosen hotel for the past 4 years.
