Pristine location within a secluded bay, beautiful rustic architecture and matured landscape. Service is excellent FOH, Concierge plus F&B staff. Food are excellent, had repeat dinners at the ADD The property is a bit aged and it shows, the facilities are due for some upgrades 1. kids club need a fresh make over 2. the main pool personally is a bit high and cut off from the sunning deck + sunset lounge, would have been better if lowered to match the sunset lounge, promoting better pool side activities 3. the kids pool is excellent, my kids loved it 4. the guest room sliding door cant close properly, door track not adjusted 5. games room have seen better days 6. gym tucked at the rear, a bit scary at night...would help if the surrounding landscaped area are lit up so that one can enjoy the view out, currently screened off Still with all these compromises, this resort is still very charming nestled with a green natural tropical oasis, will definitely be back

The hotel and staff were wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perhaps a downside is the location near a motorcycle/ car racing track where every day is a track day. The noise is intrusive and every Wednesday there is a rave at the local Warung from dusk till dawn again very intrusive. I can partly us for poor research regarding these. Knowing these things now we would still consider staying at the Novotel in Lombok again.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Lombok Resort & Villas. Although there was an initial issue with our Private Pool Villa booking, the hotel management handled it professionally and found a great solution for us. A special thank you to Bustari, Udin, Doni, the chefs at Spice Market chefs and team, and our tour guide Sam, who made our stay truly memorable. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. We especially loved the warm hospitality and strong sense of community we experienced in Lombok. Despite the early hiccup, the outstanding service made this a fantastic holiday.

Upon arriving at the Novotel from the airport at 12:30 I was made to sit and wait until exactly 2pm to check into my room, while check in maybe 2pm, when guests arrive by plane at local airport and are picked by Hotel organised transport, you would think they would have the room ready, again very disapppointed with this service from succh a renound Hotel. Aircondition was not cold and leaked multiple times flooding the room floor and our belongings and after informing reception multiple times with failed attemps to fix it, it was NOT fixed and continualy blatantly ignored and we were not even offered another room. The breakfast has a very poor selection and is way overpriced. The pool is small and pathetic. The screaming moto GP track was very loud and started very early in the morning to late in the afternoon. The beach and water was dirty with rubbish and litter everywhere and not nice for a swim at all. Overall the stay at the Novotel was extremely disappointing was no where near the standard of other Novotel's we have stayed at and significanlty overpriced. Much better value and service in other places and we are still in Lombok today.

the second thing was, the room was very noisy, when people talk in the corridor, for 2 nights i got disturbed a lot unfortunately, didnt have the privacy for sure the wastafel was a bit jammed, the water didnt flow properly if you check on the chair, there are dust everywhere, meaning the cleaning was not detailed the door need to be push, to get it clicked, otherwise it's not locked properly, i only realized about it on 2nd day the cleaning is not very detailed on bathroom as well, as you can see the mold in the shower area

I stayed at Novotel Lombok for a running race nearby in the Mandalika Circuit. My stay was good as I love the wonderful ambience of being in a village, with great pristine private beach. Whilst the facilities are good, the rooms are a bit lacking. Soundproofing is not the best as I could hear the cheers for the Marathon running at dawn, the bed is decent but not in its prime condition, and the room in general looks a bit outdated. Also I appreciate the warm hospitality & service throughout my stay. It would be nice to comeback if they were to upgrade all of the rooms.

Upon arriving at Novotel Lombok, I felt the unique warmth of the traditional Sasak style everywhere. The receptionist informed us that our rooms had been upgraded to two private villas. I was genuinely surprised, as this was the first time I had ever received a room upgrade! She thoughtfully arranged our villas next to each other so I could easily check on my daughters. Both the check-in and check-out processes were a breeze. She also shared some great restaurant options in the Kuta area. As for the rooms, I’d like to note how spacious the bathrooms were, and the patio lounger was a lovely extra touch. If possible, could you please provide a pillow menu (with soft and firm options) for guests to choose from? The restaurant and the beach were just an easy walk from our room. The food was great—during our three-night stay, we tried almost everything on the menu! If possible, could you also add one more coffee machine? Most of the guests drink coffee, and the beans run out very quickly in the single machine that offers a cappuccino option. Overall, Novotel Lombok is now one of my favorite Accor hotels because you tick all the boxes for a family stay. I have previously stayed at Sofitel Bali, Pullman Ciawi, and Mercure Kuta. While each has its own distinct charm, I surprisingly liked the Sasak style the most ☺️. Thank you, Novotel Lombok—I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

Love that it’s a small resort. The best for family and small kids. I must say … the sand is quite coarse which ya’ll should get water shoes. In terms of service, very good. Staff are young and proficient in english.

Had a wonderful stay here and honestly couldn't fault it. The staff were attentive and genuinely warm from the moment we arrived, you could tell they actually enjoyed what they do, and that kind of energy makes such a difference.
