Generally very good . One comment about the transfer service to the station . Your receptionist kindly suggested to order a cab to take us to the TGV station . We paid €15 to come from there to the hotel . Your receptionist offered to order a cab for €20 and we accepted , but the driver charged us €24 and I paid it as did not want to argue ??!!

Just as i've come to expect from an Accor hotel. This one surprised me by being so close to the attractions of Avignon and yet a simple walk from the Railway Station

We really enjoyed all the staff from the front desk to the cleaning crews. Everyone was really helpful and ensuring we had a great stay. Contrarily to the booking info the rooms had no air conditioning and when we arrived we mentioned it to the front desk and found us an alternate room the following day since the room was too hot (over 25 Celsius) The heat was compounded by the room being exposed to the sun all day and having only one small window (that had to be closed at night because of the street noise) So overall a satisfying stay
