Lovely hotel, comfortable rooms, privacy& quiet. Food excellent, spa charge of 25/a visit bit steep as already paying high cost to stay. shuttles to and from marina need to be more frequent and if advertisiing as golf resort, need to make practise facilities accessible also. V relaxing.

This was a truly unforgettable trip which was personified by the sheer class,,tranquility and setting of where we stayed. A resort and experience where we were taken care of right from our arrival. The hotel and its surrounds are incredible, picturesque and it is calm and peaceful. The staff really want to ensure your stay there is a memorable one. Amazing variety at breakfast with breathtakingly stunning views of the golf course. Its not often that one cannot find fault in an experience, albeit even for small ones where room for improvement is concerned. This venue is definitely as good as it gets!

We stayed here two years ago when it was still under Anantara, and it was absolutely amazing. Based on that experience, we decided to return this year—but in hindsight, the change in ownership should have been a warning sign. Unfortunately, this stay didn’t live up to our previous one. Our room had visible mold, and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, which made the space feel poorly maintained. More generally, the building itself looked quite tired, with dirty walls that could really do with a fresh coat of paint. Also worth noting: if the weather is bad, you have to pay extra to use the indoor pool, and access is limited to hourly time slots, which felt quite restrictive. On the positive side, the food was still very good, and there were some truly amazing staff members who did their best to make the stay enjoyable. Overall, a mixed experience this time around, and not quite what we had hoped for given our previous visit.

Hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful with anything we asked, hot towel on arrival during check in, room extremely clean and cleaned everyday with fresh towels, beds made and unmade while we were out, robes and slippers provided we however only got robes for one day would have liked to keep for the stay but unsure if that was a mistake and we’re supposed to be replenished but this didn’t impact our stay was more out of comfort. Breakfast was beautiful again staff and service so helpful. Pool staff were so attentive and nothing was too big of an ask. Such a beautiful experience for a few days get away we will be back in the foreseeable.

From the moment we arrived, the team at this hotel were outstanding. They understand the art of true hospitality. The hotel was immaculately clean. The food (and service) in the fish restaurant was 10/10. We ate there each night as part of our Half Board package. We also went and had treatments in the spa. Equally 10/10. We travel a lot and this hotel Experience was right up there with the very best.
