Food 10/10 Staff 10/10 Room very comfortable Management 1/10. Whoever made the stupid decision to charge for having service items brought to the room, frankly needs to be dismissed. You have a really great hotel with all of your staff pulling hard and creating great customer service for you to make a stupid decision. No the 5 star hotel charges for deliveries to the room. especially extra tea/milk/ice. This could of turned your trip advisor review into a 1 star with terrible review if I was that way inclined. Change this with immediate effect

Enjoyed my stay there - front of house staff very friendly and helpful. Food great. Asked for music in hallways to be turned down twice, didn't happen - quite loud at 7am in the morning.

Nice hotel with big rooms and great breakfast. We had problems in the room with the TV, impossible to use smart sharing nor any movie available in the system, we contacted reception and only apologies we received...for me that wasn't enough. If in a 5 star hotel you charge everything, also spa access, if basic features are not available due to hotel reason, I expect a solution or a compensation not just apologies
