Had a wonderful stay in general. But experienced a bit of discomfort on our first night - the air conditioner was not working properly. But it got fixed the next day. Thanks for responding quickly :)

The hotel is 30 mins drive from the airport and a nice swimming pool. However during our stay for 4 days, we had a troubled sleep as duvet too thick and the AC couldn’t lower the room temperature below 22C. Towels were brownish color which could tell the hygiene standard of Pullman Hotel. Staff were friendly but their service were slower and could have been better and more attentive to clientele.

Amazing Stay but..

The room is really nice, probably because it's still relatively new. The hotel is right by the beach, Mandalika Beach, with its round, pepper-like sands. In terms of location, it's in the Mandalika area. Staying at Pullman would be very strategic during Mandalika events, but otherwise, there isn't much around. Regarding service, the staff is generally friendly, but I felt sorry for them when I ordered Ojek Online. The delivery guy had to park his motorbike downstairs and walk to the lobby, even though the security guard said it's usually allowed to bring the bike upstairs. Also, I had a driver with me, and he couldn't wait for too long in the lobby, even though it was spacious and quiet at the time. My poor driver had to wait on the side of the road until I was ready to go back to the lobby.

I was disappointed to be placed in a room next to the bridge despite the hotel's low occupancy. The room's amenities were basic and more reminiscent of a hostel than a premium Pullman hotel, particularly in the bathroom setup. I expected a quieter, more well-appointed experience for what is marketed as a premium room.
