The place is new and the room was very clean. Loved the variety of TV channels available, especially the movie channels which featured many latest and really good movies. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the car parking system. Our stay came with complimentary gelato, which was a nice touch. However, we were a bit disappointed with the chocolate flavour as it tasted more like a poorly made sorbet. One small downside was that the table in the room was not very suitable for guests who need to work on a laptop, as the setup was not very work-friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely come back again if we visit Miri in the future.

Appreciate the room upgrade, just a little comments. the toilet lights must be brighter especially at the mirror. Only then will the bathroom be fully functional and practical. My opinion is all hotels must have bright toilets. The method of TV broadcasting in the rooms have to be upgraded, was watching Al-Jazeera news and then freezed.

Breakfast is good, gym is very clean, staff at receptionist are one of the very best. Friendly and will smile at you no matter how late. a bit of confusion when parking. When I showed my accor booking for park and stay, they didn't let me park at the front. But else stay was very pleasant.

I am quite disappointed with my recent stay. The room provided was much smaller compared to the one I previously used, which affected my overall comfort and experience. In addition, my corporate shirt was burned while using the iron provided in the room, which was very frustrating and inconvenient. I was also surprised that no laundry bag was provided in the room, and I had to contact housekeeping to request one separately. Overall, the experience did not meet the standard I expected.
