My first time stay, the room are spacious and considered top best room in Miri so far. Unforunately, the query email was never reply from your end. At least to reply in a quick response to meet the standard level of office. I was not able to make international call through the hotel it self. I keep rang and doest get through. But so far the room satisfied me beside the non email responsive and the telephone line issue

I had disappointed about food for room service, I had order some from menu, all it’s not provided..It’s very funny. Pullman its 5 star hotel but kitchen can’t prepare well

I made a non-refundable booking for the stay. Due to the COVID19 Outbreak and both governments of Malaysia and Brunei have stopped travelled for both citizens out of and into the countries, I was not able to stay at the hotel. Tried to cancel the booking via the website - not possible. Tried calling - no answer. Would have expected the hotel and the hotel group to take the consideration of current situation to allow cancellation or refund. Really disappointed.

Was staying in the hotel during the MCO. Hotel taken precaution steps to check the body temperature of everyone walking into the hotel and hand sanitizer was provided. Staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

Poor AC performance

The first room i was asked to check in had AC problems. The AC thermostat did not work, the temperature was set to 19C. I reported to the reception and i was asked to change rooms. The subsequent room was also the same, i had to switch off the AC at night to sleep as it was too cold. In the middle of the night it subsequently became too warm. The next morning I reported to reception and maintenance team must have configured it to fix at 22C. Again the Thermostat didnt work as I was not able to set the temperature. I've been a regular at Pullman Miri Waterfront and I'm disappointed with the quality of rooms for the price I'm paying.

First of all, my overall stay for 3D2N was really comfortable,good and satisfied.I request a sea view room and my room exactly facing to the sea view.Room was lovely and the amenities, what I can say more, it was excellent provide and the bed was so cosy.Breakfast buffet was excellent especially the sambal nasi lemak, yummy.F&B service staff was very friendly and the manager always check back with the guests.Overall ,I will come back again and will recomend this hotel to my familys and friend.

Feeling so welcomed the moment I entered the premise. All staffs greet me nicely and with smiling face. Hotel is clean from the lobby, room & car park area. The only thing that I think Pullman should improve is the mugs in the room. The mugs smelled like used ones although they looked clean. Awesome
