A bit dissapointed

My wife and I chose the Pullman as the 'premium' Accor offering in Miri - and quite frankly it didn't live up to the standard of the nearby Mercure. We were given an Executive King size room (2111); it was quite tired with some damage to blinds and the corners of units. The bath was dirty with soap scum left from a previous occupant. The shower gel and shampoo dispensers are too far from the bath for use. Also the contents would not dispense and the units had to be dismantled to get anything out. I confirmed at reception that there was a mini-bar in the room - this was not the case - there was an empty fridge. The breakfast was a bit disappointing with quality and variety not comparable with the Mercure.

Room 1008 and 1010 water issue

Not a good experience, toilet and sink water was brown and dirty on my 2nd day stay, Room bathroom curtain is dirty and door paint peeled off

Water supply issue and Air Con

The air con is not that cold although it's already 16. And the next day I having water supply issue at my room, which is not convenient for me when I want to prepare before checking out.

Liked the upgraded lounge menu But staff said it was cocktails but didn’t see any cocktails Toilet in suite not cleaned properly before we check in 1618
