i just as to book the dinner at chamber cafe for my anniversary and they also deco my room and prepare a cake with Happy Honeymoon. Really suprised me. A cake so delicious. The room spacious and the food at breakfast so yummy and hi tea. i love it and will came for stay when i at miri. Thanks a lot for hospitality.

staff were all polite and welcoming, breakfast was worth the price. unfortunately, difficult to contact reception - number for reception not clearly stated on phone also missing and broken equipment in room: no hairdryer, broken fridge staff had to be informed twice to bring in a hair dryer staff noted broken fridge and offered to replace, but this was not followed up on.

Few times I skipped shower because of no hot water (no change after waiting for 10-15 minutes). No towel when I checked in. Needed to call room service to get one. The gym is well equipped. This is the only plus point.
