I was given a room with nice view at the highest floor. The room is very spacious and comfy. I wish the quarantine pack food can be served warm/hot, it always come cold.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with our foods being served cold. Our Chef and F&B Team are actively looking into this matter to provide a better selection daily and can still arrive warm so the food tastes fresher. We have a few tried and tested ways to make sure every Room Service meal is a good one. Points will be awarded for Qualifying Stays booked through our central reservation offices, web sites, or directly at the hotel. Booking through online travel agencies (OTAs) like Expedia is considered an “ineligible rate”. Group booking is also not eligible. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Hotel room was quite clean but for a hotel as highly reputable as Pullman, there is room for improvement. The SOP for breakfast at the cafe is well managed and pleasant.

A clean and cosy room made my stay during the quarantine less stressful. Nice view of the river and sea are additional plus point of the hotel, but that depends on our luck which rooms we are allocated.

The room and hotel staff is supportive and friendly. Overall the hotel location is very good and convenient. The room is very comfortable and suitable for guests. The only concern is the WiFi strength that not to expectation and need to be improved for betterment of online meeting and surfing. The food taste is delicious and varied but the food served is cold.

Well located but same level with quarantine room

I booked online & everything I check & called for final confirmation it arranged well BUT when I came to counter to collect my key for all room which was not in what I want and another 1 not available yet, we need to wait for them to clean it up. I standing & waiting almost one hour them to settled up everything at the counter. I appolized them hopefully next trip it won't happen to us or any customers again becasuse willing to book 3 rooms thought happy stay at 5 stars hotel. Fortunately them gave us stay with customers which was quarantine (transit) in same level with us. Wondering why?

Basically they are here for a stay-at-home order as required by their company because hotels are able to provide dedicated facilities and stringent protocols. Our Housekeeping Team has also been briefed regarding the urgency on handling guests' request and ensure that everyone is on the same page to assure that each room is just as spotless as the next. There's nothing worse than sitting in a hotel room and watching an internet icon spin on a device. We're actively in contact with our vendor and our Technical Team to continually monitors and optimizes the service for optimal performance and minimal interruption. To solve this we have upgraded our wifi to 800mbps! We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with kitchen and food. Our Chef is looking into this matter to provide a better selection of fresh foods daily. Our hotel room layout offering spectacular panoramic views on the city or on the sea. I have booked 2/3 days in advanced and expect smooth check in upon arrival from hectic offshore duty however my room only ready around 5-6pm instead of at 2pm which it supposed to be. The receiptionist only asked us to understand their situation since they have mass late check out during that time without asking our condition neither offering anything in return eg meals voucher etc.

The hotel management has made a great effort to follow the SOP in this new norm to ensure the guest stay is pleasant. Temperature scanning is done at entry point and all staff wear face mask. All guest is require to wear a plastic glove while dining in the Kitchen. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay in.

Only comment little bit on the evening cocktail food , need to do more standard cocktails food . Also the liquors need to use better quality one specially whiskey and vodka ...live the staffs at bartender Mr Rudy and Ms Catherine their hardworks really appreciate to serve their customers .
