i stayed at the executive room and i found out that the room is kinda dark, i like it more brighter.If more lights on it will be good , Otherwise all good, comfy bed

Only one feedback. Aircond not cold enough evendou turn the fan higher with lowest temperature, especially during morning time with the sun is up , really really hot .

The bathroom facilities were not satisfactory during my stay. No bath towels were provided for the first two days, and I only received them after requesting from the front desk on the third day. Additionally, the shower gel was not replenished and remained empty throughout my 4-day, 3-night stay, despite regular housekeeping service. Apart from this, the other services were excellent and overall very satisfying.
