Quarantine Food serving fair

during 17 days stay, experienced 3-4 times the half-cook rice served by Hotel. Cannot eat the rice (poor cooked) which still raw and not cooked perfectly. Please ensure your catering serve the good food. Other than that, the food serve not as per description inside the menu i.e. No sausage serve with fried mee-hoon or fried-noodle but in menu it have. Already complain to reception but still happened. For the 17 days stay, hotel shortage of shower gel and always said out of stock. Why until 17 days. After complaint then got other brand of shower gel but its good to have.

stay is nice but now what i excepted, wifi is horrible, tv keep on lagging, food is so so only and the bar fridge is not cold enough..

I stayed there for my offshore quarantine first is 24 days and the second trip only last for 8 days. Pullman has been my first choice for qurantine.

1. The towel given was torn. 2. One of the day, the meals menu was not given to me, and the staff called me at 2AM and disturbed my sleep asking what I want to order for the following day. 3. The internet (AGAIN) is slow. Hardly able to maintain a connection during virtual meeting. 4. Food taste is below par.

The hotel management has made a great effort to follow the SOP in this new norm to ensure the guest stay is pleasant. Temperature scanning is done at entry point and all staff wear face mask. All guest is require to wear a plastic glove while dining in the Kitchen. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay in.

Only comment little bit on the evening cocktail food , need to do more standard cocktails food . Also the liquors need to use better quality one specially whiskey and vodka ...live the staffs at bartender Mr Rudy and Ms Catherine their hardworks really appreciate to serve their customers .
