Air conditioning needs to improve. Gets warm at night makes it uncomfortable to sleep.

This was a business trip to Shell Miri office in Times Square. Obviously, it is one of the nearest accommodations within walking distance. This was the main reason for choosing to stay with the hotel. However, over the years I noticed that the room condition and services are not what they used to be. The room was not cool enough even at the lowest temperature setting, the refrigerator was not working, the safe has low battery warning and the hand wash was broken off. The TV was also in a bad condition with a few large bright spots that viewing on it was very unpleasant. Room service was quite disappointing too. The welcome plate was not taken away for 2 days, the hair conditioner was not refilled, once fresh towels were not provided, and the room was not tidied after arriving back from work at 5pm. Once I requested for an early housekeeping while I was out in the morning for a few hours. I returned after lunch and the room was not tidied. This has happened a number of times before. I suppose for business trips I would still consider staying with the hotel for the convenience. However, I doubt I would make that consideration for leisurely family trips. I would certainly like to see improvements made.

Unpleasant. I need to wait for more than half an hour for bath towel to be deliver to my room. Half-way through shower, discover than it has ran out of hair conditioner. Pullman Kitchen was not open for dining until 7pm.

Amazing. From the minute I checked in to checking out, all the staff were lovely. The room is excellent, the bed is amazing. Loved the cakes 🧁- we’ll needed after 36hrs of flying.
