As always, the staff is friendly and welcoming. What is clear is that the housekeeping is deteriorating significantly. The carpets in the communal areas are dirty, there is mold build up in the rooms and the basin was dirty. There is a ring of built up dirt where the counter top and the basin come together. I did not have a comfortable saty and will likely not choose Pullman going forward.

The conditions you described—dirty carpets, mold, and an unclean basin—are completely unacceptable and do not reflect the level of care we strive to provide.
