Review for Pullman Hotel Stay (3rd to 6th December 2025) We have stayed at Pullman Hotel countless times I cant even remember how many visits my wife and I have made. The hotel has always been amazing. Our kids love the swimming pool and it is truly a wonderful place to relax, unwind and enjoy a peaceful stay. However, during this visit, there was one issue. At our first check in, the baby cot we requested was not delivered as promised. We stayed for 3 nights, yet the baby cot never arrived. I would like to extend my appreciation to Izzad and Max for helping us carry our luggage to the lobby. Thank you for being such kind and amazing people. Until next time, Pullman Hotel Miri!

Need improvement on the cleanliness. A lot of dust under the bed. I dropped something and had to get it from under the bed, then a big chunk of dust went into my nose and made me uncomfort for few hours. Then I placed my things on top of the minibar cupboard, lot of dust flew down from the cupboard. The dust may be not visible, but for a person with sensitive nose and for hygine, the room should be clear from heavy dust.
