I seldom rate pullman hotel with a poor score. The stay here is disappointing based on one item. Late make up room. Despite I am out since 830am and returned at 2pm, my room (1008) reminds unclean. The knock on my door came at around 330pm. By then, I'm half way at my afternoon nap, I still get up, answer the door and said it's too late for make up room. Really disappointing service from pullman brand. I'll stick to novotel next time...

The hotel is in very good location. Have a n outdoor swimming pool and a gym. Suana .steam room.the room size and view is very nice. Comfortable bed to have a good sleep.have slippers for bathroom and room. Lobby area is nice and got christmas tree with nice style .it have got enaugh parking outside .and it is nearby to restuarants and the shops. and got a korean super market walk distance .i would stay again next time for sure

Well-located; very near to Times Square which is a good destination to dine or stop for take-aways. Designated parking area is convenient and definitely safe. Staff was very accommodating and the check-in and out was very fast and easy. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfy. Happy that bedroom slippers and bathrobes were available. There's a Kiblat pointer as well (that's a plus). We enjoyed our stay there.
