Dear Za H. M. A., Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear that you were warmly greeted by our All Accor front desk team and that check-in was smooth. It's also wonderful to know that our female staff at the noodle station during breakfast provided friendly and accommodating service—both team members will be personally recognized for their efforts. However, we sincerely apologize that the overall vibe and appearance of the hotel felt run-down, with cleanliness issues in public areas, as well as the non-working TV in your connecting room. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback has been shared with our Executive Housekeeper and Maintenance Manager for immediate review and action. We will certainly conduct a walk-through to address the areas you mentioned.
