One of my favourite hotels in Miri. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Great service by friendly and helpful staffs. Breakfast is excellent. Lastly, don't forget to join the All Accor membership to enjoy the benefits.

The hotel management has made a great effort to follow the SOP in this new norm to ensure the guest stay is pleasant. Temperature scanning is done at entry point and all staff wear face mask. All guest is require to wear a plastic glove while dining in the Kitchen. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay in.

Only comment little bit on the evening cocktail food , need to do more standard cocktails food . Also the liquors need to use better quality one specially whiskey and vodka ...live the staffs at bartender Mr Rudy and Ms Catherine their hardworks really appreciate to serve their customers . And cocktails are good by them . Will come back again for sure

Nice stay - Disappointed welcome drink

Overall stay was great: rooms, lounge, staff, check-in, etc. Was only disappointed with the welcome drink offer. It is certainly not on par with Pullmans in the region. Their F&B manager overseeing this should really travel to regional Pullmans to understand why. This is also not the first suggestion to the hotel to improve their welcome drinks selection and offer. In the early days, the offerings were standard. Any wine/beer/etc. Now its a miserable mocktail.

Nice hotel with a very quite surrounding. Workers- a very helpful hotel workers, Good and a lot of choices for breakfast. Room is very spacious and the view (sea view room) is super nice! Love the bed! Bathroom- Love the bath tub!

Have Been staying at Accor and Le Club Hotels across the region in Asia Pacicific and this is my first stay at Pullman Miri Waterfront. Friendly staffs and prompt services especially check in and out. Socket is also available beside bed which allow me to charge my phone as used as alarm clock and put beside the bed, got over slept before as the alarm clock is too far from the bed and couldn't hear it. All good but just A minor issue as the water drainage in shower area a abit clogged, During shower, the water will accumulated on the floor area. Check out on Nov-7, but the status and rewards points are not yet credited to my account...

Pullman Waterfront Miri surprised me with the best hospitality, cleanliness, excellent services from the front desk, F&B, Club lounge, and beautiful location. It's near the airport. Therefore, if you're in a tight business schedule, it's a perfect location. I would definitely have no doubt of staying here again and will recommend others.

The food in the executive lounge need to be upgraded. The aircon coolness in the room is excellent and the swimming pool scenery is great as it overlook the sea. Overall it was a good stay other than the food provided in the lounge. I will definitely stay there again and hope the food will be improved by then.

Stopover in Miri

We had to make a stopover in Miri on our way to Mulu Naional Park ude to a flight change. Otherwise we would not have returned to Miri or Pullman Miri Waterfront. The rooms are big but a bit sterile and without charm. There were no umbrellas in the room, no body lotion and only two small water glasses in the bathroom, no water glasses by the (empty) minibar. A plus for yoga mat and free weights in the room. The bartender was not aware of the discounts offered to Accor Plus members but the Reception sorted this out for us.

The only regret I have with this hotel is that not having a chance to extend my stay at Pullman Miri. The room was extremely spacious, especially for a solo traveler like I did. Perfect stay at a great value. The staffs from the reception and the bar have been very helpful and patient with my inquiries throughout my stay. There are nearby shops you may take a walk or a short drive over for supper if you ever get hungry in the late night hours. Definitely would revisit this hotel for my accomodation on my next visit to Miri!

Had a very enjoyable 3 nights here. our room was nice and spacious overlooking city/sea. note the hotel/area does get busier at the weekend due ot visitors from brunei. Any minor issue in the room (ie tv stopped working) was sorted out very quickly - much quicker than most hotels i have stayed at. Lounge was nice but limited range of drinks - ie only available beer was anchor.

It was a great retreat from KL. Loved the interior, the bed was comfortable, air conditioning was working well, clean room and huge bathroom. Overall it was a memorable stay. The front desk officers were friendly and helpful. Room service was efficient and satisfying.

My choice of stay whenever I come in Miri be it for leisure or work, friendly staffs at all aspect departments and also the room is clean and comfortable, thank you to the team of housekeeping.Always so nice to hang out at level 24 executive lounge during the evening period just to have a drink and watch the view of sunset. Big thank you to Alex and Annie for always there to help and arrange the necessary.

Lovely quiet hotel with big rooms and excellent rainfall shower! Staff are very friendly and all too willing to help. Only negatives was the choice of pillows on the bed. One over sized pillow far too big for me, and the other pillow was a memory foam and too hard. If only they had a softer normal sized pillow. The other (very small) negative was the lack of decent lighting for the bathroom mirror. These negatives wouldn't deter me from staying again, but feel they need mentioning.

Hadn't stayed at this property for a while. Upon returning, it was nice to see some familiar faces. Plat member and received a superb, beyond expectation service. Got my usual favourite room and the lounge has improved since my last visit. Lounge staff were excellent as well. The welcome drinks still had no improvement compared to my last stay. Most Pullmans would usually offer a wide range of options for the welcome drink. This miserable one offered very little options. If we're comparing regional Pullmans, I recently stayed at Pullman Saigon and was free to select nearly everything off the drinks menu. Anyway, the consumption of the welcome drink was just the drink itself. No snacks like peanuts, crisps, etc. When requesting, the lady just gave a flat no. Perhaps this is an area where the F&B Manager needs to get updated with what other Pullmans are doing. Asides from that, definitely a great stay. My thanks to the familiar staff that I usually see like Alex, Stephanie and Chris.

Nice Hotel, Room for Improvement

The Room was spacious. But the layout was odd (dark purple coloured wall, oversized cabinet for kettle/pantry, long beam/wall to place TV and closet in the room. I realized the layout for the rest of the rooms in my row are the same as well. The shower area collects water and it doesn't dry even overnight. This may cause hazard (bathroom layout issue).The breakfast could be improved. There were some stations that the food was not refilled since I entered and exited the buffet ( about 1 hour +-). Cheese (need more varieties) and cereal selection could be improved. Perhaps to include granola and yogurt. Fruits were underripe. Sarawak being famous for Pineapple, therefore the ripest and best quality of pineapples should be served.Gym fan/AC should be turn on when is use to facilitate ventilation. Other than that, nice hotel overall.
