When I checked in, shower gel dispenser bottle was empty. One hand towel was missing. Furthermore, the hand bidet was leaking when in use, flooding the bathroom/toilet. I requested for shower gel & hand towel a few times but only to get them delivered to my room on my 2nd day at the hotel.

The services provided by the team is good. The room is okay but the toilet needs work!!! There’s mould on the curtains and its worn down. The toilet smells. The ceiling have moulds. Im really unhappy about it.

No hair dryer in the room. After called the house keeping, they send one hair dryer which the wire is so short and the power plug is so loose which is so difficult for me to dry my hair with sure a short wire. When checking out, the queue is so long, because there is no specific lane for check in and check out, so everyone queue for like half an hour just to check out.
