Not worth at all as a customer with Club Lounge entitlement. A lot of benefits was not in place and Club Lounge member is most or less same like normal without any advantages.

The view from our room was spectacular both day and night. Room was spacious. I especially love the bathroom. Breakfast was luxurious. I am hoping for my next weekend stay there at Pullman.

Check in and check out were quick and efficient. Customer service is as usual top notch. However, there was an electric tripping in the late evening when I returned and two Electrical Technician were sent up in less than 10 minutes after I had made a call to the Front Desk. I was assigned to Room 2301 this time and the door handle seems to be rather faulty as you needed to pull the handle up first and then down again before you could open the door after scanning the door access card. In overall, it was a comfortable stay!

They should employ a person from Accor to check us in. Initially booking was for 2 person. The reception wasn’t aware that breakfast was for 2 instead of one. it was in the reservation but it was not updated on room side. Welcome drink was also for one person instead of 2 until I requested for 2. Breakfast selection was good.

I stayed in room 2106 which was an upgrade by your staff-thank you for that. The downside of the room is that the bathtub spoilt because the stopper got stuck and housekeeping said need maintenance team to come. I needed my rest so i decided not to fix it. Bidet was leaking and wet the floor of the bathroom. The hotel need to have more housekeeping team as they didnt come to my room until 5pm. I believe the staff are trying their best but management should do something for them as it’ll affect the guest staff.

Great stay with some small bitter taste

In general we have been happy with the room as well as the location as usual. However, the room service (especially the bar) and the service at the pool bar was very disappointing: - On the first evening I ordered a bottle of red wine at the bar on the ground floor. I was reassured that the bottle will be delivered to the room quickly. After 30 minutes nothing happened and I walked down to ask. There I was reassured that the delivery is on its way and we might have just missed. Since my wife was at the room and nothing was delivered when I came back to our room I immediately went down again and picked the bottle myself. - The next day we went to have a massage at the spa and after wanted to have a drink at the pool bar. There were two people at the pool bar and one person taking care of the BBQ. My wife and I have been there with 5 more guests sitting at other tables. After 20 minutes not being served at all and realizing that the bar keeper was not even busy serving other customers my wife asked him if we can please make an order. Then we ordered some drinks which again took like 30 minutes to be delivered and they even forgot some things we have ordered. This experience actually gave our stay a very bitter taste. We come there to relax and enjoy a weekend and if then simple things like this don't work in a Pullman Hotel where you expect a certain quality level, this is not ok. We have also stayed at the Pullman in Kuala Lumpur and there these things would never happen. Sorry to say so - but this time staying at the Pullman Waterfront in Miri was not giving us the pleasure we expected.

I felt disappointed upon checking in. I felt like just an ordinary Guest , not an Accor member. I was not even offered a welcome drink, nor any others like what i used to experience with all other Accor Hotels. This is sad especially this being my 1st visit to this hotel.

Rooms were clean, well equipped and pleasant to stay in. Food served at a Chinese wedding function we attended was horrible and of an unacceptable standard at a 3 star hotel, let alone at a 5 star hotel. Room key card malfunctioned at least once a day as well.

Please dont get me wrong...Just want to share my honest experiences with you to put across my global experience, to hope this makes it worthwhile for your read / consideration 1 The housekeeping was sluggish , considering that I have stayed continuously over 30 days at a strech at your property! Had to repeatedly remind them to clean , my cabin and despite telling hotel that I was staying mostly in my Room...thus promptly , requiring priority cleaning was essential A couple of times toothbrush wasnt put, missed applying air fresher @ bathroom , once toilet paper was put forgotten to be put..On another note, noticed that the evening cleaning shift was more diligent, but day time was rather sluggish 2 The room delivery service...took a lot of time, probably due to Chinese new year rush...so once they didn't get my ice bucket, or forgot then I simply gave up...asking & later during my remainder 2 weeks of stay , avoided asking any ice bucket 3 The main resutant - kitchen , I just had once ,a complimentary buffet dinner , that was sea food buffet.. on a saturday.. not anytime more, as I noticed buffet lacked any depth or diversity in the menu...when I had it in other 5 star hotels or at Pullman Dubai..in comparision 4 The pool side lounge lacks any evening music , due to which I steered clear of sitting , for any drinks , anytime there 5 The hotel lobby for an entire 34 nights of my stay was playing same (chinese) music , which sorry to stay is a bit too boring, for anyone who would be in my position...In fact it still rings music in my ears ! 5 I really didnt find diverse beverage , selection on offer inside 24th floor , of any great value...as it was lacking any depth and entry segement ordinary whisky.. the famous grouse that self don't or wont drink.. was available , only..In fact, other alternatives like beer , was also ...anchor...that was later , for some reason changed to a cider? Why is that... 6 There is no international magazines or newspapers put , but just 'borneo- daily' newspaper , in the 24 lounge, which makes it a bit boring 7 Why isn't there a better or otherwise a more new flat screen t.v in upper / superior cabins? Generally, i was fairly satisfied with my stay except .....- In all the hotel gyms that I have been to, this is the most INADEQUATELY LIGHTED gym. Secondly, room makeup did not ensure to replace 2 pieces of - hand towels, face towels, bath towels & bathrobes. Rectification to these areas are imperative, if customers satisfaction is to improve.

The room didn’t have basic items like phone.... aircon was adjustable, wifi didn’t work so I missed 2 meetings!
