Appreciated the lovely spacious, parklike surroundings. Staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel is nice but decor and facilities are definitely dated.

This place needs a total makeover - the only reason to stay is it was close to golf course. Food was ok and restaurant service was great.

Only Accor site in Taupo district. The resort is well located with good facilities. Excellent helpful and professional staff. Restaurant was able to adequately cater for dietary needs and made special provision for meals. The room (Studio King) was very tired and unrenovated (compared to other rooms at the resort) which was a shame particularly as we were staying for 8 days. It was well below the standard we have come to expect from Accor. Beware of significant cost fluctuations in room rates which can be a bit of a surprise! In view of this, we will have to consider carefully days we stay at resort in the future.
