The resort looks nice, but the beds are to hard. I left with sore shoulders. The pool looks nice but found that having to walk outside into the cold air to the pool and then get out of it is cold. I prefer an indoor pool, especially in cold temperatures.

Had an amazing stay here! Our first family holiday with our little boy. Rooms were clean and very spacious! The internet was down when we checked in but the ladies at reception handled it well, especially Hannah I believe her name was? She was very kind taking us to our room then bringing up a key for us. Also just want to mention the lady with the flower in her hair (didn’t catch her name properly) is the most loveliest lady we have ever met! We came to her for pool towels and she made conversation with us and interacted with our boy, she truly made my day a better one and I really appreciated that. Thank you for a good stay and will be back another time!

We stayed here over 15 years ago and not much has changed ! It’s comfortable enough in a lovely setting, the facilities are great with the pool and tennis court, neither of which we used as we stayed just one night to play golf just over the road. But the rooms are very tired, the beds soft and very sinky, you can see water damage in showers on the adjoining cabinets, the toilet over ran and we gave up trying to make the water noise stop and there was no milk in the fridge for teas and coffees, that’s really not much to ask ! The standing lamp in our room was broken …. We did try the Restuarant which provided good well priced meals and lovely service, one dish came out cold but they were quick to rectify this. I think a little more love is needed with updating the rooms as this place could be a real stunner. Groups and families probably love it and we came back on a nostalgic trip. The grounds are lovely and well kept. Reception staff were mixed, one delightful the other a little frosty !

The room i booked clearly showed a bath in the bathroom. Upon check in, I was advised that I had been upgraded because of my Accor plus membership. I arrived to my room to find a welcome card addressed to "Monica" and the bathroom to have shower only..I had booked the room type as I had a golf day and knew it would be raining. I arrived exhausted wet and cold after 6 hours of rain really looking forward to a soak in the bath, and was downgraded if anything. I was definitely given the wrong room. I Assume "Monica" was probably upgraded whoever she is haha
