Overall enjoyed the new and clean hotel. this was my second stay. there were lots of restaurants and marts just downstairs but it's far from the LRT station. The hotel provides shuttle bus which is a great initiative but their timings were very weird so it was unhelpful.

2 points to highlight: 1) The air conditioning in our room is bad. We reported to the front desk. Your technician came to check and adjust and told us that everything will work well after 10 minutes, we waited for hours, and the room is still a little warm. When I said that, it's really not acceptable. Well, I am comparing with others Accorplus hotels that we have stayed before. We can't sleep, so we reported the second time; front desk requested us to change room at 10pm at night on our own. Well, we tried to check out the next room waited for about half an hour, the air is still not cold. So, we decided to just stay put in our current room until we check out the next day. 2) The water heater needs to wait for 5 to 10 minutes to be heated in the morning. So basically, I am bathing slightly cold water and only starts to warm up when I am about to finish my shower. I seriously do not expect this in a 4 stars hotel. I believe one of the most important basic is comfort. 2)

During my stay of 3 nights, I found the corridor and elevator lacking air conditioning, which made the environment uncomfortably hot and almost claustrophobic. I had to limit my elevator use to no more than twice a day to avoid discomfort. Additionally, the shower water temperature was highly unstable, fluctuating between scalding hot and cold. This made showering quite challenging, to the point that on my last day, I opted to wait until I returned home after my flight to shower.

Rude checking in experience, lousy breakfast & crammed room and bathroom. Unfriendly staff is the killer…..

The woman receptionist that a attend during my check in is helpful and give a courtesy call to asking me about the room condition. She even give me the KLCC view.

However, my rating was low due to unprofessional act by the male receptionist at night on 10/12/24. The parking system was problems then i need to wait for 1 hour before the parking guys come to help. When i’m asking the question he just keep silent like i was not there. The superior also did not come to help during the period. Most of the guest stuck at the counter waiting to validate the parking and even during that period there is DBKL staff waiting for the supervisor/manager to come. It was suppose not to happen at hotel with 4 star rating. It ruining my 3rd stay at this hotel and i believe mercure have a standard set to ensure this wont happen again.
