I was hear a week ago now I’m back. I always stay here in lviv. A hotel is just about location(which this is great) a toilet, bed, shower etc. But the staff are the ones that make a person come back. Again and again and again! The restaurant here serves great food and the staff take time to learn your name and welcome you. This hotel is where I spend shot 60 days each year. It’s like my second home !

The big window in the room was probably not well sealed, I had to sleep fully dressed and I was still waking up from the cold. Everything else was fine.

​Great location and excellent service! The staff was very attentive, and getting around the city was super convenient. But the single-pane windows let in far too much traffic noise, which made it a bit hard to sleep.

I could not sleep because of constant noise from the street. It was cold in the room and air conditioning worked only to cool the air.

I have stayed here many many times over the past 3 years. The location is perfect. But a hotel is a room, a shower , a toilet. The staff make the stay! Every single staff member in this hotel treated me like family. They knew my name.. they welcomed me. I was treated great! This is why I continue to stay at this hotel. I’m going back for 16 days in September:)

Both of the Lviv Ibis hotels are clean, comfortable and well situated. What sets them apart from all the other Ibis hotels in the world is Ukrainian hospitality. After being there and then spending time at other Ibis hotels in Europe, it feels like a step down to go somewhere else. Kudos.

Small rooms not possible to open window Only breakfast from 7.30 is to late for travelers with professional agenda.

This was our second stay at ibis Styles Lviv Center, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. The hotel has an unbeatable location in the heart of Lviv, within walking distance of the city's main attractions. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional. Although we left early and couldn't try the breakfast, we had another very pleasant stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Lviv.

We arrived after a long ride at 6pm. Despite online check in, our rooms weren’t ready. The receptionist said that due to technical issues she can’t code the room key cards and we have to wait until it resolves. Only after long conversation she agreed to call someone to manually open the rooms. Very bad experience, she didn’t even apologized.
