For a 3 star hotel, I must say that this is one of the best value for money in hotel stay based on my previous experience in other hotel stays. Location: The hotel is few minutes walk away from the subway, and this subway is interconnected 3 subway lines. Hence, for a free and easy travel in Seoul, I must said this is one of the best location. Next, it is also located next to Insadong Hanok Village with so many instagrammable cafes. In addition, it is also located very near to Insadong culture street. Lastly, there are 2 convenience stores stationed next to the hotel. For late night snack or drinks, it is super convenient for us guest to get it Facilities: The room is clean and sufficient big enough for 3 persons, except for the “spacesuit” shower area, which is very small. It is almost you are showing inside spacecraft. There is gym, laundry area available and the roof top for the guest to view the scenery area around the hotel. Furthermore, there is a hot bath available for guests to use for free. During my stay, almost very night, I will make it a point to enjoy the hotbath. It’s really take away your exhaustion at the end of the hot bath. I love it so much. Staff: They are very friendly and attentive. I must recommend 2 persons. First, the front desk staff, Miss Anne Lee (I hope I got it correct). Very patient staff. She tried her best explain the buffet availability to me as I was initially mistaken that there was no longer breakfast buffet served as I saw the notice that in December, the hotel started to serve buffet lunch. Next to recommend, is the housekeeping staff which I think her name is shown in the photo attached. I think Korean folks like water to be keep cold and hence the mineral water always put inside the fringe for the guest, but not for us. I think she had saw us placing the mineral water bottles outside fringe before. Thus subsequently, whenever we returned to our room, she would place the bottles outside of the fringe. Very nice gesture. Thank you. Food: We tried their buffet lunch and it is truly value for money. Furthermore, as the hotel guest, we get to have 20% discount when we joined the buffet lunch. Definitely I would return back to this hotel to stay when I visit Seoul again

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was really comfortable. Location is great just outside the ikseon hanok village lots of restaurants and things to see and do.

Very well located, within walking distance of many temples and the main streets of Insadong. The hotel offers spacious rooms with modern facilities, especially noticeable as it has been recently renovated. Everything felt clean, functional, and comfortable. The staff was also excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A great option for both sightseeing and a comfortable stay in Seoul.

The hotel is located in the lovely Insadong District. All staff of the hotel are very professional and helpful, which made my stay really pleasant. The breakfast was good, the room was clean and quiet and the neighborhood was full of coffee shops, restaurants and places to buy souvenirs. The hotel is a 5min walk from Changdeokgung Palace and the Seoul Museum of Korean Folk Music, whereas Buchkon Hanok Village and Gyeongbokgung Palace are about 20-30min walking distance. Myeondong is also easy to reach with a half an hour walk and it's the best place according to me for beauty products shopping as well as the street food market.
