Our guests' comfort is a priority, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. Additionally, we are concerned about your note regarding the bathroom's cleanliness and want to assure you that this is not indicative of our high standards. Regarding the restaurant's menu, it's disappointing to learn that we were unable to satisfy your craving for chocolate cake. We regret to hear that the room temperature was not to your comfort; our air conditioning systems are designed to ensure a pleasant atmosphere and we apologize if this was not achieved. Moreover, we acknowledge your remarks regarding the room amenities. While our rooms are equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities, we apologize if other amenities you expected were not present. In regards to the room and bathroom size, our hotel offers a variety of rooms and we strive to deliver efficient space management in line with the modern design of our interiors. We are sorry if the dimensions were not as you anticipated.
