Unsere zentrale Lage zwischen dem Kongressgebiet und dem Flughafen ist ideal für Geschäfts- und Freizeitreisen, und wir sind stolz darauf, diese Bequemlichkeit unseren Gästen bieten zu können. Jedoch bedauern wir zu hören, dass Sie mit der Zahlungsmethode beim Auschecken und der Verrechnung der ALL Punkte nicht zufrieden waren. Wir verstehen, dass dies für Mitglieder unseres Treueprogramms von Bedeutung ist und entschuldigen uns für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten. Ebenso tut es uns leid, dass das Frühstück, insbesondere das Rührei und der Speck, nicht Ihren Geschmack getroffen hat. Siamo lieti che abbia apprezzato la posizione strategica del nostro hotel, situato tra l’area congressuale e l’aeroporto, offrendo facile accesso a Zurigo e ai suoi punti di interesse grazie al ben collegato sistema di trasporti pubblici. Tuttavia, ci dispiace apprendere che la fornitura di asciugamani e l’assenza di un armadio non siano stati all’altezza delle sue aspettative. Comprendiamo l’importanza di questi dettagli per il comfort del soggiorno e ci scusiamo per il disagio causato. La invitiamo a contattare la reception durante il suo prossimo soggiorno per qualsiasi necessità, poiché il nostro personale è sempre disponibile per assistere i nostri ospiti. Gentile Mikhail, Feedback come il suo sono il miglior modo per migliorare sempre di più. Siamo lieti che abbia trovato il nostro letto confortevole e che il fatto che parliamo italiano sia stato un aspetto positivo per Lei. Tuttavia, ci dispiace apprendere che ci siano stati alcuni aspetti del suo soggiorno che non hanno rispettato le sue aspettative. Capisco che l’esperienza con la nostra doccia e la pulizia della stanza non sia stata all’altezza e ci scusiamo per l’inconveniente incontrato. La questione dei biglietti per i trasporti pubblici e la varietà e qualità dei nostri menu saranno oggetto di attenzione. Inoltre, ci dispiace per il disguido riguardante la sua prenotazione e la mancanza di una offerta scontistica per i membri del nostro programma fedeltà ALL, di cui Lei è membro. Nonostante ciò, ci auguriamo che la posizione strategica del nostro hotel tra la zona Congressi e l’aeroporto di Zurigo sia stata comoda per i suoi spostamenti durante il soggiorno.
