Spoil mum this Mother's Day with an extravagant brunch at Xperience. Culinary designer Hong Dingzhao has curated a lavish feast including a 3-tier tower that will be served on your table loaded with hot and cold appetizers on the bottom tier; poached prawns and mud crab, grilled whole squid, and roasted veggies in the middle; plus a delectable spread of assorted éclairs, cakes and berry crumble pie to finish on top.
You'll want to go easy on the tower as there's also a free-flow carving station where you can savour temptations such as whole roasted chicken, Australian striploin and seabass with tomato & olive salsa. In case that wasn't enough, you can top off the whole experience with the indulgent cheese trolley that will be roaming the restaurant, filled with artisanal cheeses and condiments.
Surprise and delight mum by hand-decorating her a cake and building her a flower bouquet to take home at the end of your Mother's Day brunch. Our chef will provide you with a custom iced sponge cake and a variety of toppings.
We will have a florist onsite who can help you curate a bespoke posy just for mum. You can choose to make the bouquet yourself, or leave it to the experts.
