We got an hotel Tru booking.com and the hotel kept our money without giving us rooms and we had to find another quickly. Novotel Orléans saved our hides (group of 11 needing all single rooms) and provided us with an amazing stay

short (arrived 22:00, left 07:30), room was fine, breakfast was good but found the total cost high compared with alternatives in the area.

It was a great experience and having a warm welcome from the staffs made it wonderful. The pool and sauna was very secure and fun! My wife is in a electric wheelchair and she can move around the hotel with ease.
