The apartment was located 5mins away from the Zurich HB, would suggest to take a tram if you have big and heavy luggages. The staff was very helpful, with our inquiries gave us great suggestions.

Helpful staff and great breakfast. Dishes in our room were dirty, had to wash/rinse before use. However were informed at checkin that we couldn’t get the room serviced.

Apartment with studio style room, btw still comfort, but could not cook with kitchen provided due to causing strong smell in the room, only microwave still have to open window for the smell, But having big size of bathroom.

I was given a room , next to the construction site and it was too noisy. And the smell in the room was foul

Bad experience, noisy room . Why was a given a room next to the construction site , at 7am they started the work . It was too noisy .
