Had a 3 day weekend with a good friend of mine. We had such a good time, the staff is amazing, i like the fact that they are all young and open minded. Overal the hotel is clean and quiet. Central area, close to the best restaurants. Will come back.

I wasn’t impressed as I expect to have a reception desk at least and an open door as in hotels. I felt like I’m at neighbor’s door to ring their door bell

We regret that your visit to us did not go as well as you hoped, however, being in an approach to be as close as possible to the customer and to favor the social and human side, we are opting for a mobile reception this which offers freedom to welcome you wherever you wish and make you comfortable upon your arrival. Furthermore, it is true that in a majority of hotels the doors can be open at any time of the day, however being in Paris and in a busy place, with a lot of traffic, we prefer to keep our doors closed in order to provide a additional security for our residents and avoid any unwanted passages from malicious people. The hotel location was great. It was close to several metro station that will get to some of Paris’ top sights. Though the rooms are on the smaller side, it is perfect for a short city break and each room has everything you need. The staff were outstanding. They were very helpful and very friendly throughout my stay. The only downside is that the walls are thin and could sometimes hear other people. Also, you could hear people from upper floors. The air conditioning unit wasn’t available. It was rather warm when I visited which is unusual in Paris in March which is understandable. I was able to open the window to cool the room down. I really liked the Nuxe amenities. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The housekeeping staff also did an outstanding job in ensuring my room was clean with fresh towels. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

No elevator, no warning

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that the elevator was broken and that we needed to take the stairs. As a result we agreed to stay in a minuscule room in the first floor. No natural light, a smaller sink I ever saw, really not great at all.

Nous vous conseillons lors de votre prochaine visite d'opter pour une chambre supérieur qui pourra vous satisfaire étant plus spacieuses que les chambres types classiques.
