clean hotel, strategic location in the middle of the city, close to the mall, delicious food, both breakfast and room service, friendly and very helpfull staff especially Ms Adel and Ms Wayan in FB, also in receptions, the restaurant is on the 15th floor, you can also see the city view while having breakfast, will come back here to stay, thank you bu emma and bu yani for the warm hospitality

Impressed with the overall professionalism and customer service. The only drawback is the size of the room. Being a muslim, i’m having trouble to find a decent space to perform my prayer. Nevertheless, It would have been a perfect 10!

We stayed at Grand Mercure Tangerang Centre for 3 days during my friend’s business trip. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpfull staffs. Breakfast also great, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍
