Worth it for family staycation. We stay at jungle room highly recommanded. Breakfast with variant menu. Pokoknya puas banget...dekat dengan Mall dan banyak terdapat permainan anak yang free...staff ramah dan helpfull banget..love it 100/100

I recently stayed at the Mercure BSD Tangerang and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel offers top-notch facilities and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it a great place to stay, whether you're travelling for business or leisure. The staff at Mercure BSD Tangerang are exceptionally friendly and helpful. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The front desk team was always ready to assist with any inquiries, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean and comfortable. The hotel’s facilities are impressive. The rooms are modern, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The fitness centre is well-equipped, and the swimming pool is a delightful spot to relax after a busy day. The hotel's location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. However, there is some room for improvement when it comes to the breakfast service. While the food quality is good, there is a need for more variety. Additionally, it is important to ensure that all the dishes are kept warm. During my stay, I noticed that some items were cold, which detracted from the overall dining experience. Another issue was the availability of food; on several occasions, certain dishes were empty and took a considerable amount of time to be refilled. It would be beneficial for the staff to monitor the breakfast buffet more closely to ensure that all items are consistently available and at the right temperature. Despite these minor issues, I would still highly recommend Mercure BSD Tangerang. The excellent service and superb facilities make it a standout choice in the area. With a bit of attention to the breakfast service, this hotel has the potential to be even better. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The front desk staff and concierge were super excellent and helpful throughout my stay. 5-Star for them. Room was decent and clean, but the walls are paper-thin. I could hear the guests in the room upstairs dragging their chairs, jumping up and down. It went on for the whole day. Even after 10.30pm. When I asked the front desk to speak with them , the noise continues because the flooring are not carpeted and any noise will get through easily. Bed and pillow is super soft. Not of my liking. I had neck and body aches after 2 days. Breakfast is absolutely horrible. Not worth the money. Food was mostly cold even though I was down for breakfast at 6.30 am on both days. Same Menu. Worst experience of all. Can’t think of a worst breakfast anywhere in the world. Located to AEON mall. Just across the road. Convenient.

I booked prviledge room and upgraded to junior suite. It was AMAZING! Thank you so much. The room was so comfortable. Very spacious bathroom with bathub. I will say 10/10 for the room. Even i saw the superior room for my friend and it was very nice! Something to imporve is the breakfast: taste, variety, and also the space. It was so crowded on the busy hour. Did not really enjoy. But again, it was a nice stay and definitely will stay here again in the future.
