Outstanding service and an exceptional team. Being a diamond member, I experienced the full benefits of my membership tier. The lounge exceeded expectations, and the food was exceptional. The highlight was definitely the staff, who ensured a seamless experience and took perfect care of all guests. Now that's what I call a redeeming stay! In contrast to my previous disappointing experience at a certain "Pullman" property in Australia.

Every person from concierge, bell boy, reception staff, housekeeping and restaurant is very polite and professional. We also loved the size of the apartment and quality of service.

Services at Pullman was great and would have given "10" except for the long wait at check-in. There was only 1 desk for Accor Plus members check-in while 2 counters for others checking-in. And the guy at the AccorPlus desk took a long long time to check in others in front of us. Was wondering why the other counters could not also check-in AccorPlus members as others who arrived later was checking in before us AccorPlus Members. And give that I already checked-in via the app, it still took the guy a few minutes to check me in! Does not make sense. Please improve your process. Apart from the experience above, I loved all aspects of Pullman KL. We had a few request to the front desk, laundry and housekeeping and they were all met quickly and efficiently. Concierge was also full of information guding us to places we would liked to visit.
