There was an alarm that went off in the middle of the night. No service recovery was done.

Room was incorrect wehn we got there no single beds and only one double bed they moved us to a different room This had 1 bed and one double our booking confirmed “ Spacious room with twin beds and a large double bed” the reception said they didn’t have this room available in the hotel. There was also mould on the bathroom celing

However, I admit I don't really understand because there were two of you, you reserved a room for four, and finally you got a room for 3...but being two that was enough, right? Overall a good expierience - areas for improvement include the provision of gluten free rolls for breakfast and climate control of the room.

Good morning ! Thank you for taking the time to a few lines of comments following your stay with us at Ibis Lille Centre Grand Palais. Air conditioning in spring... it's still very cool in the morning and evening and we can't switch from heating to air conditioning at will. We are always waiting for the most opportune moment to permanently switch to air conditioning when the temperatures rise. Maybe you're not sensitive to the cold, but even today the majority of customers ask for heating... Thank you for your compliments that encourage us! We welcome you again with pleasure in Lille! I stayed at Ibis for 2 nights with my brother. Greeting on arrival very friendly. Rooms large clean and comfortable. Breakfast lovely. All the staff were extremely friendly helpful and efficient. We had a drink in the little bar after an evening out. Reasonable prices and good choice. 10 minutes walk from Eurostar and 15 to the centre of Lille. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
