Dear Mr Y., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Mercure Selangor Selayang. I am sorry that you had experience the air conditioning issue. We apologies on the matter as it was a technical issue that we unable to anticipate. However the new room that we had moved you into is with working Air Conditioning. We had checked it first before we move you to the new room. Further inspection we found that there is no issue with the Air Conditioning system.
