We had a great family holiday at the Sofitel in Nusa Dua. After being overwhelmed with the choice of hotels in Nusa Dua and overall in Bali, this was a fantastic choice. We had an luxury room with a plunge pool that we found met our requirements for the holiday. Things we loved about the resort: * Pools - fantastic facilities that cater for anyone staying in the resort. Kids pools, swim-up bar, inbuilt spa jets, deep, shallow... had it all * Gym - great facilities to use throughout the stay if you wish * Spa - wife and I had massages throughout the stay and the Sofitel Spa was excellent. Again the facilities are world class, with large and well designed treatment rooms that include separate and private showers. Highly recommended * Hotel Grounds - the gardens and guest areas throughout the resort are perfectly maintained and just help create a beautiful environment * Service - throughout the stay service was friendly and supportive in all areas of the resort Dining options were ok for the resort. My wife is Gluten Free and think there's room for improvement across the resort in that area - with the exception of Cucina that provided a large array of options. The beach in front of the resort is nice and better in high tide. Along the coast line is a number of resorts, that we enjoyed strolling along and dining when the existing ones became a little groundhog day towards the backend of the stay. There's not a lot of local businesses within short walking distance so having resorts close by was good. We had a luxury room with a plunge pool that had everything we required (although we found it to be a bit dark overall due to not a lot of natural light exposure (first world problems we know). The plunge pool was nice, but didn't get a lot of use as the guest pools are so good. We would recommend to families and others wishing to have a nice stay in Bali. We couldn't fault anything with the hotel and would consider coming back again in the future.

We came back to Sofitel as we really enjoy it here. The room is spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable. But the best is definitely the service! We can highly recommend Toya Restaurant at the beach, especially Pande and his team are amazing. Absolutely 10/10 service. Thank you so much, can’t wait to come back

We stayed in a pool suite for 11 nights with our 2 kids and it was incredible and more than enough space for us. Every aspect of the service of this hotel is exceptional, every staff member is warm and friendly and makes you feel so welcome and special. We loved the butler service, we were well supported especially when our youngest was unwell and many of the staff knew and checked in to see what we needed. Dhia and Indra were very attentive and went above and beyond, but honestly all of the butlers we had were amazing and would call us back or arrive at our door if we needed to talk to then about something. The staff in the club lounge and all of the restaurants were also so friendly and accomodating. We also appreciated the housekeeping service, we had Sugi for most of our second week and you could tell he took pride in his work and wanted to do a great job. We always had a clean room, lots of water, bath and pool towels and everything we needed making it very comfortable and relaxing for us. Lastly, I have to mention the ladies at the Kids Club. My kids (especially my eldest daughter who is 8yo) loved going and became very close to the Teachers and enjoyed the various activities. Thankyou so much to Juni, Asri, Dian, Massri, Devian, Natalia, Yonita, Triana, Eka and Lili, my husband and I were able to enjoy some time together and knew our children would be happy and safe! The Sofitel was a fantastic resort to stay in, with well-appointed rooms and good food offerings. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. One standout team member was Sangi, who was our waitperson when we dined at Cucina on our second night. Sangi was very friendly, welcoming and happy to chat to us. Sangi was also very efficient; arriving at the table to take our order promptly and clearing our empty plated within minutes. She was attentive to the tables in her area without being intrusive and made our dining experience a pleasant one.

One of the best hotels we have ever experienced. Best staff and attention to detail ever.

The most incredible service by all of the staff. We will definitely be back. Cannot stress enough how incredible and devoted the staff were to our every need. Nothing but love for this place. Our room was spacious and clean. We had plenty of towels, plenty of bottled water, plenty of space. The staff learned our names and coffee orders, what we ate for breakfast. The concierges were great at organising meals, taxis, time for rooms to be serviced, anything we wanted. Never a problem. Always done with a smile and most importantly, correctly. We have been well spoilt!
