Everything was immaculate, neat modern rooms, staff lovely and very helpful. Only downside was there was no restaurant on site for dinner and no in room mini bar.

Front office staff was very welcoming and lovely to deal with. The room was good too. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. We had prepaid for breakfast to be included with our room, which was about $45 extra. While the man at the restaurant said they don't do a buffet, the pre-paid breakfast included a main, an add on and a drink. The woman who seemed to be his superior was downright condescending. Her words "since when did we include an add-on with the free breakfast". This is all while my wife and I are talking to the man. She then went to on interrupt further and show us no add-ons were included in the "free breakfast". We'd already paid for it, so I don't consider it to be free and it was quite embarrassing to be told off with other guests in ear-shot. When I ordered a flat white with my main, we and the other guests could hear her saying to the man how can a flat white cost the same as an espresso. Surely the milk would cost more. This ruined our experience. The man was quite courteous, but the woman working on the restaurant on Sunday 14 April at 8am was rude and made it quite uncomfortable.
