The staff from reception including the supervisor and manager needs massive training upliftment. Essentially I asked them that I have a document that needs to be printed which has my confidential info on it so I prefer doing it within the hotel and if it’s ok for them to print it? Yes mam we can surely do it, please send us the document. Once I did, I am standing there for like 15mins with no updates. I enquired and they are like we are speaking to our supervisor. For a printout ? No stress. Another 15mins and kid you not the 2 people from reception, their supervisor and apparently 2 managers (ladies) who sit on the Accor Club reception desk are all discussing the printout. Again, no communication with me. I had to go and ask them if there’s an issue and they are like no there are a lot of pages. Obviously I answered that this is the first thing I told you guys, that there are 59pages to be printed but you can print them on both sides. Why would you make me wait 30+mins if you couldn’t do it or even if you wanted to charge me (this is something you tell me upfront) When I asked the manager how much, shes spending another 5mins discussing with the other ladies. I understand it’s a hotel and not a printing service however my point is it shouldn’t take 5 people job’s time invested in simple askings like these. It’s a very yes / no type of situation. Plus - there’s no apology, they felt it’s their right to waste people’s time (including theirs with 30mins long discussion) just because you have asked for something. I have never had an issue at any Accor hotel before - went to Pavilion where we stayed the night before. Got it printed, scanned within 5mins (for no charge)

The room was nice and cosy but TV channels were not available and toilet needs to be freshened to avoid any odors.

Located close to the famous Petronas Towers & public transport. Room was good, only thing to fault was low water pressure for toilet flush. Service was good and only fault was confusion over unclear process for getting laundry done.
