From arrival to departure all staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. We were blessed with air conditioning in our room which was most welcome as it was very warm weather during our stay. Both dinner and breakfast offered good choices and the breakfast team in particular offered great service. We would be happy to return.

Staff were very helpful and polite, however we found the room to be poorly cleaned with dust and cobwebs on the inside of windows and the carpet badly stained which looked like no attempt had been made to clean them. The bathroom was very compact and difficult to get out of the shower due to the poor design in position of the screen in relation to the toilet, would be particularly difficult for elderly people. The food was very good again the layout for the hot food was located in a cramped corner for breakfast whereas the room made for juices and cereals was very spacious again just poor design. The steps from the lounge out to the lawned area were in poor condition and difficult for older residents to negotiate especially for those with disabilities.

We were locked out of the hotel at night resulting in phoning for a night porter.Then could not get into our room.Again having to find the night porter This happened several times.We were in our room on the 3rd time.My husband was surprised the night bar was not available being as we were residents.The wedding breakfast was very nice.
