Write this review because i met Ms. Nindira, she said that shes from the guest relation. Came here with my family and unexpectedly this hotel was nice. I choose this hotel because the name Novotel is familiar to me , thats the reason why i book. And suprisingly it was a good stay here, the food and the services were wonderful. All of the employees here are very kind and helping. Thank you, i’ll be back when i get the chance to visit Tangerang again.
