Hotel is good. Rooms are big and clean..service is prompt..location is apt..close to the centre of the city and all the tourist spots 5 mins away from the petronas and KL tower..staff is friendly and special mention for Junaid..He is very helpful

We stayed at Novotel for 4 days and have service of executive lounge almost every days. The atmosphere is so warm and private. Foods are awesome. They provide western food like cheese board and local food like chicken stay. If you love dessert, you will love this place. Cakes here are very variety. The staff service was beyond my expectation, especially Miyad, he always come and asked us for anything we need more and more. The hotel location is just 50 meters far away from Pavilion shopping mall. There is plenty of food over there. Will come to stay at Novotel city center again.

I find Mr. Miyad’s attention in serving the guests to be very excellent and exemplary. He is polite, well-mannered and attentive to the guests’ requests and wants. I think he is doing a wonderful job and I hope to see him again on my next visit.

Everything is good with the hotel, but want to ensure that RM200 deposit is returned as agreed (in 14 days). Normally in other hotels, they immediately void the transaction for hotel deposit.
